Pipe Masters

As this will be a LONG REVIEW, hold onto your phones! I held off until the repairs was finished, on reviewing Pipe Master.
So I had a hot water sub-par within my condo flat I'd called 3 other companies indicated to me from the inhouse maintenance staff before phoning Pipe Masters. All 3 companies indicated to me I'd ended up leaving a message so after no luck together I tried phoning pipe masters and they answered my call! After explaining my situation we had made an appointment for Monday the 9th which was their date with Arvin who was very professional and polite and I was greeted. I was who my technician will be coming to evaluate my problem and awarded updates via text about my appointment date/time after getting off the phone. On the day of my first assessment Arvin had called me earlier in the day to find out when I needed to push my own appointment to an earlier time as my technician was available to check my condo out ahead of schedule, I retained my appointed time of 10am but I was quite pleased they had given me a call to get the choice to do things ahead of schedule. Anyways my technician George came punctually was super friendly when greeting us assessed my problem in no time but unfortunately wasn't able to do the repairs same day as the parts wasn't a normal stocked item, having done the evaluation George had called me after that day having found the part which had to be special ordered.
Fast forward to Friday the 13th I was given a call back from Arvin mid day letting me know that the component had arrived in as expected, he was kind enough to allow me to know they would be able to squeeze me in for repairs after that day but was not able to do so since I was stuck at work... (reveal how great their customer service is in giving me choices!) We ended up making an appointment for Monday the 16th from 2-4pm and I received text notifications my of my appointment time/date. Sure enough he was on time, having arrived punctually and once I was kindly notified via text which George would be arrive around 3pm that he greeted me at the door and wasted no time replacing the meter. He would call me over to reveal the component versus the part that is new simply to touch bases with me up to the repairs went. Once the repairs was done he waited for 20 minutes simply to ensure there was no more any leaks once the hot water valve was opened and pressure was present in the line, after giving it the once more he gave us the OK that all was back up and running! Yay water! George subsequently broke down the warranty period and filled us in on any questions we had for him just like that made me and the wife a NEW client of Pipe Masters! The staff at pipe masters from Arvin to George has made us feel confident in using them for any future repairs as well as recommending them! Highly satisfied client!
*Disclaimer* I really don't know the going rate for plumbing repairs I understand is it can get pricey! But seeing that they was the one to answer my business to their own phones from day 1 of my issue extends to PIPE MASTERS! The other 3 companies I'd left messages had finally called me back mid week but pipe masters had assessed the matter, and whenever you've got a water flow time is of the essence! Granted my escape was not too bad yet and pipe was there they got my business, and even when the other 3 companies had return to me I wasn't willing to possibly pay another fee to allow them to check and quote me on the repairs.

It has been about three months since my water heater has been repaired, and it has been going strong!

They kindly took care of it in like 2 minutes since I had all of the ideal part, although I also had couple problems in toilet toilet and sink faucet.
That I strongly suggest any plumbing and my overall experience was amazing associated services to be accomplished by Pipe Masters!!!
First step to set up the machine, they had to make a hole in the granite countertop, and it seemed a lot harder than I imagined. I used pipe masters to have them set up the method. I thought of installing itself, and now I tell you that I am so glad that I did not. Our experience began with the ease of scheduling and text notification of the who and whereabouts of the plumber which we were assigned to. They came at my home right now, which was a sort of rare expertise in Hawaii as we all know what"Hawaiian Time" is.

Pipemasters was wonderful! Arvo was attentive, kind and receptive . The next day to discuss their fee per issue support and quotes then Justin Followed up. And then George, our pipemaster, was awesome. He helped me know that I could comprehend and made me feel as comfortable using the work we needed to do this. They gave us discounts on the numerous services we gave a quotes and had we need to manage. All in all, I really enjoyed them all and I will not use another plumber moving.

The best of the best. Pipe Masters is on time and very responsive. Extremely knowledgeable and professional at all times.

I find that I suddenly have to handle a few properties and I am so glad I've found Pipe Masters because I have a lot of old plumbing to deal with. Now was my 2nd or endeavor with them in 3 weeks. George has excellent technical knowledge and also provides advice that is well-reasoned. The office is EXCELLENT, easy to deal with and very organized.

They overcharged us . The man that came out convinced us to do extra work and told us we could not get a warranty unless we did more work. Charged us over $1000 for a clogged bathroom. Roto Rooter charged us $600 for the identical work, although yes the bathroom remains giving trouble to us.
Do not squander your time, just call Roto Rooter.

The customer support rep on the phone is easy and quick, of course and while the notification system is very modern the plumbers themselves are on another level.

You can Dismiss If it comes to Pipe Master. The plumbers here all have been patient, friendly and nice. They don't have any trouble telling you what's wrong in a way that is nice. They are upfront with all of the options available and give you recommendations regardless of what. They fix things quickly and immediately. There is no strategy or eye rolling that I've experienced with tasks.
These guys are just.... Great. Professional, convenient, and modern. Registering to their text support let's you know when your plumber is on their way including a bio of who your plumber is and also a picture of those. I mean, just how cool is that?

Every single thing with Pipe Masters was prompt, professional, and also clear. I would suggest them to anyone who is considering really, re-lining, or pipe re-coating anything to do with their pipes. These guys are legit, they are honest, and they had been the bid that we got.
To get to the point, Pipe Masters charged us to do the hydrojet and camera inspection, and it was not cheap. After 4 distinct plumbers, including Pipe Masters, independently confirmed with 3 camera reviews that the entire sewer main needed to be replaced or"rehabilitated" QUICKLY, it became obvious we would have to come up with serious $to take care of something below ground that was totally unexpected. My husband and I had our own versions of a meltdown.

Initially I thought they did just water heaters but they do all types of plumbing job.

They have been professional, on time, friendly, and capable. Pricing was fair and that which has been quoted, no unethical add-on's and what not.

Now, on to the caliber of work and the pricing. George and Devon arrived to haul away the water heater and set up the new one.

Very professional and educated. I enjoyed how I was able to monitor the technician when he was showing up instead of relying on a hour window to determine. If I need work done again, I calling Pipe Masters!

Bernard was the plumber that altered my water shut off valve to his unit that he had been pleasant honest and dependable. Everything straightened up and all was good, although there were a few hiccups on the way in terms of payment and timing! They don't over charge such as other businesses and they have a lot of experience and understanding that plumbers did not have. I'm happy I may rely on honest people in this business and discovered them. Plus they have a 1 year warranty on the job.

I talked to Betty and she was apologetic about the circumstance. They kept mentioning that they were swamped on account of another job that's fine but please have the thought to keep customers informed. So I told her that I will cancel the job.
2:00 still no one showed up and came. I called again but this time to cancel. At this point I was tired of waiting. An whole day went by with no coming. They didn't show up didn't have the thought when they are late to call and simply just.
I was ok when they gave them the benefit of the doubt and missed the 10:30 time slot that they are busy and things are mad. It was not ok without calling to keep me informed when they missed it at 2 pm.
I phoned around 12:00 and talked to Jason. He was accountable for another job taking so long because of issues and was very apologetic. 45 minutes later stated since they must go to the shop and pick up gear that the guys are going to be at my house at two and he calls.
Fast forward to today. I scheduled my sewer main to be replaced by them and do pipe cleaning a week past. The estimate was honored by jason.
I called these guys to scrutinize my sewer line and get an estimate on repairs. The camera review cost was top but went along with it. The estimate was obtained by them fast and Jason called me following the first appointment to undergo it. He was extremely helpful and explained everything in detail.
A couple of minutes after Jason phoned and asked if I wished to push the task. But, I made my mind up and said I will put this off for now. When talking to to him this time that he was more worried about losing the job and apologetic. Before we hung up the thing that he said was please keep in consideration that I honored the estimate. Sounds like time they might increase the costs.
The day before the job I called to confirm their arrival time. Jason stated they'll arrive between 830-9. The morning of this job that he called saying that they will be as a result of a job that ran over schedule and had issues. He said that they will arrive at 10:30. My spouse called them at 9:45 telling them to predict if there have been any difficulties or if they'll be running . It was 10:30 with no one in sight and nobody called.

1 thing is that they ALWAYS clean the work area up. In they take all the discarded parts & pipes with them for appropriate disposal and clean up all signs that they were there.
We've had other plumbing problems, lines that are unrelated to the coated waste and Pipe Masters is always there to assist us.
(There are less than a handful of technicians in Hawaii with this sort of innovative technology.)
It had been essential to crack open region of the foundation in one and an outside area to replace pipes that were badly cracked & corroded, so could not be coated.
Hired a plumber who took the easy path and all the fixtures simply changed above floor and didn't disclose that there had been enormous problems underneath everything. The GC also hired a different plumber to camera the waste lines and told us that everything was fine!

They jet-washed & coated the insides of the pipes using a unique epoxy coating and then brushed the insides of the lines After we gave them the go-ahead to perform the task. (They guarantee the coat ) This saved us thousands of dollars because we didn't have to rip up & trench that the entire cement foundation which had new tiled floors (interior).
To start with, Pipe Masters is honest, attentive, responsive, punctual, dependable and courteous. Their master plumber, George knows his or her stuff and is a professional. When he's on his way You'll receive a text message with photo & name of the plumber.

Pipe Masters was fantastic they had been responsive and they arrived in a timely manner. Explain the process of detecting a leak and were very professional. Luckily we didn't have some leak but I would use them again

Bernard was punctually and because I picked for the text telling I knew precisely when to expect him. They arrived with smiles and introduced themselves very professionally. They went straight to work and assessed my own dilemma (a leaking bathroom sink). I had dabbled in pipes before and I knew what the issue was but I didn't feel confident in creating the fix myself. I knew fixing the capsules would take some experience so I opted to call a skilled and that's exactly what I got. Bernard together with his helper (there was clearly some supervised training proceeding on which I do not mind at all... there aren't enough skilled plumbers in Hawaii so a group that puts the effort into training new workers is good in my book) identified a couple of challenges and immediately offered a couple solutions. I was supplied a quote, after discussing the best course if action. They did need to run down the road for those components but they returned immediately and jumped straight back in fixing the problem. Once completed they explained their answer that's a reassurance for any homeowner. I would like to know that it was done. They abandoned the area as clean as when they arrived. Payment was easy and electronic. I'd recommend these guys to my Mom. . .great job!!! Thanks Pipemasters

The owner Jason, responded through yelp to my quote request in a really fast. I had since they were both old, two toilet near valves replaced when it had been shut all of the way and water would stop. Jason's response was very professional and let me know he'd really like to work with me and would have his office personnel give a call to me if I was interested. This response was better than another plumbing firm's that told me"every problem is different and they couldn't provide me a quote and to provide them a call" (it was not as pleasant as they tried to be"humorous" and all I needed was a quote, so why are you allowing yelp quotes for those who don't do them?)
I would recommend Pipe Masters to anyone needing to repair their pipes. I'll be using them again to substitute pipes. Great techs!
Only a notice, if you can, pay by check. They charge you the 3% commission from the credit card business if you pay by card.
Long story short, they got me two days later (discuss a fast opening). They sent me Bernard and I think his name was Chase (Just Bernard handed me his card). Both were very friendly and took off their shoes prior to entering the house! They gave me an estimate and took a look. They were great! I concurred and thought I would have to schedule a second appointment to the actual labour. They did it. This saves me.

They sent someone out day and luckily they could clear the blockage readily with the lower-cost alternative. They worked quickly, were moderately priced, and we'd definitely use them again.
Pipe Masters does flat-rate service, so we understood what our rate would be prior to booking; no"assessment" fees, no travel charges, nothing extra. They gave us two situations given our description of the problem: they would be able to clear the blockages from inside the home, or they would need to go outdoors to get the pipes another manner - we a flat-rate cost for every situation, both of which were fair.

I sent messages to come un-stuck three drains and Pipe Masters return to me right away. I called some other areas for opinions, but ended up moving back into Pipe Masters. The owner, Jason, answered the phone and was a really wonderful guy.
