Bert was able to come out on short notice and instantly understand the issue which when we substituted the toilet flushing hardware I neglected to diagnose ourselves. The toilet, and A brief while afterwards is operational - HALLELUJAH!
Bert charges a rate, and worked neatly. Fantastic support and I will certainly keep his card on hand for the next time that I"fix" something myself.

We had a clog in our kitchen sink pipe. Bert Reyes was discharged by all Rooter the day to purge our plumbing. We are living in a condominium building and the clog was not straightforward. Fantastic experience with Bert. Super responsive and professional. We were able to schedule something in a timely fashion. He came within the time window as promised, called forward. Bert was not professional but friendly. Turns out our leaky faucet/plumbing was a result of a drop screw within - if we were handy likely something we'd have mended. He did not, although he might have billed us for something so minor. We will be keeping Bert in mind once we have more plumbing fixes or work in the future. Definitely recommend.

A request was submitted by us on a Sunday night as we had standing Filthy water in the garbage disposal leaking Beneath the in Addition to both sides of the sink Sink. They reacted immediately and advised a technician for this evening. He took care of the drain after exercising to get a part clog in addition to substituted the garbage disposal, staying late in the night and came by texting us when he's be arriving. "Emergency" service charge was lower than what other companies quoted and being in a position to get resolved quickly was much valued. 2 days 15, A number of the companies are responding to the first request. I'd call them if I needed support that is quick.

It is embarrassing when I tried to fix a clogged sink myself and end up having a snake/cable stuck in the pipe, so I called Bert for help.
Bert showed up on time, catch the stuck cable removed the clogup, and provided me advice on the best way best to prevent the same problem from occurring.

After suspecting my sewer drain has been overrun by roots I called this business.
Bert is fair and spends the time describing the matter and didn't rush me. I especially liked how he kept me in the know since he snaked around his camera by sending me photos of my sewer drain.

Over the next two days, I tried to unclog the toilet several using everything I could think of. I tried three types of plungers, and even soap and boiling water, then baking soda and vinegar, once I got desperate. On Sunday morning, once I knew friends came over in just a couple of hours to see the Super Bowl, I made a decision to call a plumber.
I messaged three companies, and All Rooter & Plumbing was. Bert said he could be in my house in a few hours and messaged me back quickly through yelp and he had been. Bert was professional and friendly, worked quickly, and, above all, he unclogged the toilet. It cost us a fortune, but he got the job. I am thankful, and I wouldn't hesitate to urge Plumbing All Rooter & to anyone.
1) I went out of town for a week, during which time my husband chose his bum was too good for the thinner toilet paper we generally use (because we are living in a very old house with old plumbing ).

All Rooter is our brand new plumber! We thought we had a cracked pipe following the polar vortex freeze. All Rooter was able to get us an appointment within a couple of days. It turned out that pipe was not cracked and the plumber has been able to help us determine why we had a minor flood. It turned out that no plumbing work was necessary and us billed accordingly. If we need plumbing work later on we definitely will call them.

They came on time and fixed my bathroom in under 30 minutes, being sure to clean up when they were completed.
I contacted 5 rated technicians to replace the wax ring in my bathroom. Bert managed to fit me into the program right away, provided a quote, also responded the fastest.

I was very impressed. He was quite patient and diligent in finding the origin (quite literally plenty of roots) of the sewer problem. He ended up staying a few hours beyond our appointment on account of the issues he discovered. It gave me piece of mind to have the work completed despite him working before 7pm on a Friday even though he came in the morning, as we were having backup issues. I won't use any besides Rooter & Plumbing, although I've used sewer businesses previously. Bert used the largest possible blade to pole our main line and performed plenty of roots despite how another company"cleaned" outside the main line in mid May. Do yourself a favor if you'd like your work done correctly the first time and use All Rooter! Thank you Bert!

Finest experience ever really professional great service still and men they had been booked managed to find a way came out last minute to wash sewer out back up needed my pipe wash outside. He showed up on time work his ass off on some really disgusting things got the task done cleaned following his ego very nice even asked him to do some another things he was not suppose to do and did not charge extra work out and still even worked out a good price I really advise this expert firm!!

Following the extreme temperatures during the polar vortex, my pipes burst. I achieved to 15 plumbers and Bert was specialist and the response. His quotation felt genuine and he encouraged me to find another opinion. He made recommendations for preventative measures for the future and also fixed the burst. I'd certainly use him again.

All Rooter came and proved the reason. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 due to the initial lack of response (I needed to contact them to find out if they were going to show up) and higher estimate.
Bathtub was slow to drain and had to be washed out. All Rooter was not the first to respond to my Yelp petition for an estimate but because of their testimonials I waited a couple of hours and they responded. My very first impression was skeptical. My appointment came and went and I didn't hear from anybody. I delivered a message through Yelp and received a reply. Bert arrived, professional and respectful. He quoted a price I thought was large and evaluated the situation. We discussed the work and agreed on a price. Work was finished quickly and cleanly. Two days later the sink drain at the exact same toilet became slow to drain. I left a message for Bert, who responded showed up later that afternoon and cleared the sink drain.
I recommend Bert and his team and will call All Rooter when I want a plumber.
