Juan and crew were amazing all around. Gave me a quotation along with a time period and stuck to it- super useful when you have. He offered to come back to complete the fixture modification following the shower setup. Will use for all of my units in the future!

These could not have had a response. We had a clogged drain from our hvac condenser and a backup was caused by it in the rug along with our utility room, so we wanted something fast. We placed a great deal of requests that night and Alex from Go Rooter was the first to phone us back. The same-day emergency charge was steep ($180) but worth getting it managed instantly. Alex clarified the issue, how to stop it was friendly, and did not mind our dog! Although I am not certain what that covers, they offer a 30 day guarantee on their work.

My plumber was Juan Zarate - communication abilities, knew what he was doing, and prompt. I had an issue when Juan finished the job because of some shoddy work that had been done with another plumber, and Juan came back (twice!) without hesitation. Great service. Thank you.

Customer Services My difficulty was time sensitive: I called back twice. First time, just. Second time to find out if they would have the ability to dispatch someone today (because if their swamped with work I need to find another company).

Polite answering service takes your data. Be prepared for the possibility of waiting three hours for a call back.
Answering service only. 3 hours later I got a call but I had retained another corporation. Simply prepare for the possibility of a three hour wait to get a call back. Have a plan B.

These guys are literally life saviors. I could not detect a leak although A couple of days ago, I smelled gas coming out of the link with my cooktop. I reached out to a different company and they came and said nothing was wrong although it was said they could smell petrol. I then reached out to my gas company and they sent somebody that pointed out a couple of distinct leaks in my pipe. I then frantically tried to find somebody who may come out the exact same day. I made a call and a technician was out to my house and fixed my dilemma. I am so grateful for the work. The technician took the time to explain what he did which I appreciated.

I'd recommend then for any plumbing requirements.
Alex's team gave a quotation to me to replace a leaky spigot and came out, their invoicing system gave me despair because the note kept popping up because the job wasn't completed 45, as a past due payment that was incorrect. Other than that did a great job replacing the spigot, he eliminated the quantity of ceiling drywall to modify existing pipping to adapt the new spigot.

I can not say enough great things. When our pipes froze with this cold day at Chicago (-20 deg/-45 wind chill) they came in 30 minutes to take care of the issue. They spoke, and were personable, professional. I felt like they knew exactly what they were talking about and their rates were honest. We won't expect anyone else with our plumbing issues. Thank you

These guys are amazing! I had a small leak. I called them on Saturday precisely the day and they showed up. They fixed the flow on the spot and were incredibly fair. They were very professional and nice and explained everything extensively. I will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs. 5++++ starts!

My bathroom is an ancient relic and wouldn't be able to be done until the next day. To the clock, the maintenance guy of my building will be back by that time, so that I will opt to use him. However, I wanted to publicly note fast Juan and Go-Rooter responded to a crisis situation and his explanation for my issue helped me to allow it to make sense to my maintenance man. Should I need a plumbing problem managed, I would certainly call , but Juan's card will be close although I'm going to cross my fingers and hope for the best!
So apparently, the weather that is not so hot is causing all sorts of plumbing issues - !
I vow when my bathroom started to leak from the blue. I did not know just how much this could get, although I understood that my building did not have weekend care. I called just about every plumbing service I could. I was told there was a 4-hour window for someone to come out when I called Go-Rooter, however, Juan was at my door in less than one hour. That is what I call emergency service!

We'd frozen pipes in the Polar Vortex since we discovered the size pipes were run through out the level apartment, therefore there was not any water to the floor apartment, and it was be a nightmare. Ivan and juan came out exactly the same we called. The day they began. New water lines conducted from the line and we just can not say enough about they are excellent and professionalism quality workmanship. When we ever have any plumbing problems, We'll surely call them again. Go-Rooter is highly recommended by us!

If you have any other plumber onto your phone go ahead and delete it... I have been using a locality plumber that I now know was a tear off cuz of this ceremony Go Rooter gives... These men came out and didn't leave until they understood exactly what the problem was and fixed it... They explained exactly what had been happening and solved a very major issue for me, yes and oh best cost... they don't just rod ur sewers, they do it over and over before the line is 100% clean and clear.... I will never call anybody else.... GREAT JOB BOYS!!!!!!

His apprentice and juan were awesome. Juan took the time to explain things on where our sink should go he was patient with all our indecision; also he went over and beyond installing a washer that was to do list. He was kind, considerate, and above all - specialist.
We had Juan come out and install a utility sink short notice (and a vacation weekend too ). We called the day before and he came out to look at the region and see what equipment and tools he'd need. The following day, juan arrived and it turned into nearly a complete day affair while he thought the job would require a few hours. Juan never whined and still came in on budget.
Having worked with contractors Juan was a breath of fresh air. We're so glad we went with Juan at Go Rooter that Juan is our first call for extra plumbing projects we've got in the works. I would strongly recommend him.

The price was right, the work was fantastic. Juan called me back to be sure there were not any escapes and I had been happy. Could not have been more fulfilled.
Juan and team did an amazing job. I believed I could get rid of the old drain and then do it myself, hours after, sweaty and frustrated I threw in the towel and then emailed Go Rooter. They reacted in 10 mins. They were within hours and the job was done very quickly. I ought to have called them .

Quick response time, it turned out Juan was fair about that and that it was something easy. He was asked by me about my garbage disposal while he was there and some recommendations were made by him, and that I will use them when I am all set before this year is out to replace this one. Joyful I stumbled with this company via Yelp!

Go-Rooter was great to us - especially Alex. He came out quickly and helped us fix a problem with our ejector pump which had caused severe flood. They directed us in terms of how to deal with the clean-up and fix. They didn't charge us and came back another time. Also they were patient and it was rather obvious I was clueless about pipes and helped make sure we understood that the root of the related costs and the problem.

Had a problem with the sink backing up in the kitchen. Ivan fixed the issue and came out. Very beneficial, clean, and pleasant. Quoted me a very fair price.

Juan is responsive and fair. He arrived at 8PM when our ejector pump collapsed and remained until 11PM to have it done. He did it well and with a good attitude, although it was not a pleasant job. I called him again to figure a escape that was mysterious out, and in two seconds he saw that it came out of your furnace humidifier. We have to call the HVAC individuals for that. Since he does not work on furnace gear, he did not even charge us!

Really very good service! I called them after a no-show issue from another company. Someone arrived in a rainy day within 2 hours. The one speaking to me was really patient and nice. I had a fridge pipe. Although after checking, I should get a appliance service instead of a plumber assistance, they didn't charge me and gave me a contact info of an appliance company. I will come back next time!
