Quality of work! They went above and beyond to ensure we had been taken care of. Scott was sure place everything back even though I offered to take care of it and to wash up after himself and courteous, answered all my questions and was very friendly. Everybody I talked to was friendly and helpful also. Friendly service and high excellent work at a cost that is fair.

Chris came out to fix a gas leak and took the opportunity to give recommendations on a couple other trouble areas with water supply pipes. He was great and had been back out to look after a escape with the kitchen waste pipe again. Dan Reeg has earned our business for plumbing needs later on.

Chris from Reeg came by this morning and replaced a kitchen faucet and cut the bathroom sink taps. Efficient job 5 stars for sure!

Had was a plumbing problem. Made an appointment with Chris, that was on time, and quite professional and amiable. He quantified the location of the escape and determined it to not become a plumbing problem, but a improper and caulking shower setup. Didn't charge me and gave me a list of people he recommended who may have the ability to assist. He'll be my first call if I have a plumbing problem.

I got next day appointment and a fast response call. Chris called to provide an appointment time to me. Chris solved the jammed drain difficulty up then and efficiently he let me know there was moment leftover about the hour, so he was available for anything that needed checking. He corrected my sub pump connection. Fantastic service, personality and nice manners. Will use again.

I hired Dan Reeg Plumbing set up a kitchen faucet, a replacement for a Moen pull-out which was leaking and whose handle had finally broken. . I had no need to do the setup myself, so I called Reeg (according to their place and Yelp testimonials ) and advised the setup to occur the day after the faucet has been scheduled to arrive, also had been given a reasonable two-hour window of 1-3PM.
Sean explained that the faucet hadn't been installed properly and that there was an opportunity he might want to eliminate the granite countertop to replace it after inspecting it. I understood the initial plumbers who did my kitchen set up (contract technicians to the now-defunct Design Expo) were buffoons, so I was disgusted instead of amazed by this news. After quite a battle (during which I excused myself into a different area to fret about the potential for a simple plumbing occupation exploding into something much bigger ), Sean was able to remove the old faucet and had its replacement working beautifully very soon afterwards.
Sean was very tolerant, did a wonderful job on the installation, and arrived on time.
I was delighted with the service and ability of Reeg, particularly considering that I was hiring them . Would hire them again for sure.

I will make this brief. I had a significant escape a shower dripping down below, in my apt building, called one ensemble who tried to make it into a project that was huge. . .after three days of exaggerations and runarounds I called others in Midcity, Dan Reeg and a panic. Chris from Dan Reeg was busy, but he walked me though the process of making sure I got a honest and good job if he didn't show up and made sure I kept the one out. I invested When it was done I called Chris and he comfirmed I got a job done for the money. That's what I call ethics and that he is being reviewed by me. These folks are the best....they call back and they're HONEST!!!

I was really happy with the work from Dan Reeg Plumbing. I had an emergency escape from a water valve and Joel came within an hour of my crisis telephone. He figured out the issue - a valve - and stopped the water which dripped to our downstairs ceiling. He provided info to me concerning the water valve and was considerate and professional from start to finish. I'd use them again.

Only moved to Oak Park, had a tub and called them ancient. I spoke to a person by 7 a.m. and a plumber was at my home by 8:30. Super fast, really pleasant and fairly priced.

We were charged for 2 hours of labor that my husband did not see when he paid the plumber. Actually, they were here only for 1-1/2 hours. My husband called that day and was told by Chris that we would get a refund of $70 to get 1/2 hour of labor. When we hadn't received it I called and informed the receptionist. No call backagain. My husband left a message for Dan Reeg to call. No call backagain. Not the way to treat a repeat client.
