I've never left a review before, if I could, but I'd give more than 5 stars! Travis from Super Service Today came to repair our kitchen sink first thing in the morning when my 3-yr old son was waking up, and he was so patient and comprehensive, attracted my son a pair of gloves so that he could help him while he explained me everything. He repaired it all right there and allow my son feel like he was helping the way. Overall service and could not have been nicer. Thank you!

Super service did a great job at my dads home. Called and got an appointment. Work in manager and a timely fashion was educated. In coping wit plumbing / Hvac businesses I've had my share. And these men are great. If ur calling services that are heating/plumbing it is costly Period fyi. So please keep a open mind

I had been looking for a plumber for a year and half. I'd seen 3 before Super Service. Others said sure they can do the job but kept blowing me off for a year +.

Very professional from begin to finish.
The occupation wasn't a simple one, time intensive, but Super Service took on the contract. It might have cost me , work that is excellent do not come cheap. Rob and plumbers Travis were very professional. Following the job was complete the kept the area clean while functioning and clean up all debris.
Here is my backstory I reside in a old construction. The bathroom 9 A sloan flusher toilet was 80yrs old, functional, (not functioning properly ) and concrete solid walls. Making the jobs time consuming and messy. I wanted it swapped out for a tank flusher.
The Super Service plumbers Travis and Rob did not complain about it or swear ( at least not in front of me). They did the job came in and did it professionally.
Super service arrived in, evaluated, gave me prices and several options to chose from. Sure I knew and knew that it wasn't a simple job it would be messy.

Avoid these men at any cost. I have expertise in performing work and they're the worst kind of scum in this business. I also know for a fact that what they said"wanted" to be achieved was just meant to get more cash out of someone they likely assumed had no thought about the essence of the job to be carried out. By the way, the quotation came from their main office, and therefore don't hear any response saying"it was just this team."

That is a factual report of what they did: promised not to know what they had been sent , made a large showing of appearing worried about what they watched for our laundry setup, lied about if our pipes were appropriate, then went outside and sat in their van for over an hour before coming back with an absurd suggestion for unnecessary work. Oh, and when I said I had questions, they said"I just gave you the cost, what is the problem?"

But no, that is not its end. The heating tech they scheduled to come out chose to attempt to talk me to replacing my heating system. The guy kept telling me he was"only giving me options" but was super passive competitive and melodramatic about the condition of the machine. He seemed to wish to take no for an answer, once I told him I did not wish to do it like it was my final answer on who wishes to be a millionaire asking me for confirmation. I told him I had to consider everything, and we scheduled an appointment for today in which the tech would speak with my dad and go over why it's necessary to replace my working (albeit older ) heating system with a brand new one.
When the appointment was likely to be, fast forward to today. Over the last couple of days I had a couple other experts look at the machine and confirm that the assessment was too dramatic. These guys were playing on the fact that I am not a plumbing expert myself. Every appointment I had together they showed up only at the conclusion of the"two hour window" of when they are supposed to appear or beyond that. Basically is lots of additional stress and wasted time that all originated from me wanting to acquire a pipe repaired. When you go to the emergency room in a hospital do a blood transfusion there attempt to sell you and give you an estimate on a new hip?
These people were called by me where I had a pipe. If the guy fixed the pipe and had only arrived, that would have been the end of this. The guy decided he had to do an entire assessment of my heating and plumbing system. Not being knowledgeable I listened to what he had to say. There were so I was okay with scheduling a consultation to get those fixed. If they fixed those pipes and had come over, that would have been the end of it there and I would have been happy.
The entire experience left a sour taste that is super in my mouth although realistically, I'm sure these guys have practitioners working for them. They treating you if you did not know that in the first location and forwards them just take messages.

**Update in my previous review** The owner Tim phoned me to resolve the issue with my experience. Situation is solved when a price is quoted sounds off, best thing to do is call the office prior to getting the job done.

Just fantastic. Tim and Dennis are creative with alternatives, smart, dependable, friendly, clean, honest, and successful.
It's hard to ask to get better.

I phoned them to get an estimate on a fix for a bathroom. The rep advised me that to get a one-time service telephone there are if I hired them to perform the work a $59 charge that could be waived. Then I asked what is the normal price for the fix, is there a hourly rate or flat fee? etc.. The rep could not (or wouldn't) answer my questions. Said he did not understand, and that he not a plumber only a customer support rep (not a good one). I asked if there is somebody he can consult like his pricing supervisor (apparently out of the office till the 13th) or one of those plumbers he was going to ship out to my residence. . .he said . What?! I'm sorry but that is so fishy and bizarre. Before you send someone to my house and cost me a $59 fee, it would be useful to understand what is the normal cost for a fix, is there a minimum charge, etc.. This allows people to make an educated decision. To was able to provide that advice to me . To place people in the position of either someone out of their budget or shed $60. Not customer services or good business practices.

The men who work at Super Service and incredibly friendly. Unfortunately all the work they did (completely around $1,000 over the course of two jobs, one they needed to redo themselves) had to be redone by a different plumber. Furthermore, during our last adventure the guy who"fixed" our sink (it actually started leaking afterwards, something it had not done previously ) spent time in his truck doing god knows what afterward repairing our sink and toilets. After, he claimed he had spent an extra half hour. The owner complained they had spent an additional 45 minutes in traffic, when I asked concerning the overcharge. In my humble opinion, if traveling time noticed and will be accounted for do not travel to areas which are away, stay local. But again, really nice guys overcharged for work which was not done.

After my sewer line backed when I do a wash and also taking a shower in precisely the same moment I called these folks. They came out, snaked the line and found plenty of origins that had worked their way. They worked pulling plenty of origins out. In addition they had a camera. They did a wonderful job. Came back and put down loam and seed. Tyler and his team couldn't have been nicer or more professional. I strongly recommend them.

My parents kitchen faucet leaked. They predicted the Plumbing and Super Service of Addario showed up. It was clarified that the kitchen faucet would not quit running. He asked my parents. My parents are older and don't understand how to send pictures. Thank god I was there when that guy showed up, as soon as he walked to the home. He said they needed the costs to set up a new faucet and a new faucet were 500/3 year guarantee, I believe $675/ 5 year guarantee and shut $800 with lifetime guarantee. I asked him why he could not just purchase a a repair kit and he stated it was aggravated that I questioned him and wouldn't work. I am sorry that's highway robbery though he had to put in a new faucet. So I told him to put it back together and he billed my father he proceeded and was there . I talked to the proprietor and called the company. He tried to explain the faucet was too old and not really worth changing the seals out and installing a fix kit. I said if you'd like to change the faucet. That they set up guarantee and quality products them. He said the price was high because makes $55 an hour plus on their bill it states just to begin work that they charge $180 an hour. Jut to have them operate 235/hr charges. So instead of giving my parents the choice of merely fixing the faucet with no guarantee. They went to"You need a new one". I mentioned to him that they understood they were coming into the home for a faucet. Why was. That would have saved my parents that the $60 to possess this man even come out. The owner seemed fine attempting to explain the reason for such high rates but I will never be convinced. He laughed at those costs and another plumber and I also talked and stated they tried to twist my parents. I bought a repair kit for $20 and went to Home Depot and guess what. No more leaking faucet. I am sick and even more angry today over the fact they had to provide the $60 for the 20 minutes to the man to come and then have the audacity to give me an attitude because I am questioning him rather than allowing him to twist my parents. I believe it's sickening that builders try and do that to people.

Amazing support! Called them late afternoon on a Tuesday and they where in my place first thing next morning. Quoted me arrival time to 9am and they came at 7am and got the job! Very useful professional and exceptional customer services. Highly recommend them.

I Urge State Sewer and Drain Services. I've used multiple times to them for our home and for our investment properties. They are professional, very dependable, experienced and trustworthy. They work really difficult to keep you happy. It is refreshing to have! No job is too little, they answer their phone and also are offered for emergency/after hour calls.
