The response was prompt. Fantastic communication. Not many heating services are in repairing steam radiators in 13, great. Butler Services made the proper diagnosis in the very first visit, saying that the difficulty if my boiler is a result of incorrect evaluation of those returning pipes that were placed horizontally rather than a couple degrees downwards, resulting in collection of fluid in the returning pipes and blocking of steam into the finish radiators. Butler Services replaced the pipes, added a skim valve and 2 vents. Now my boiler is working .
We were rescued by them as our sewer system from a situation and within three days we had a sewer line and can't even tell they were there! Our neighbors were impressed!!!!! For any plumbing requirements, highly recommend!
Richie was really effective and arrived on time. He kept me informed during the project. He washed the entire region up despite a comprehensive job, and was incredibly tidy and removing many roots. He was really pleasant to use, and very professional. This company is excellent, and we'd use them. They also have a cost plan in which despite the job taking a very long time, we paid a fee. Much better than paying hour. We were very happy.
