As a business owner I want to voice my appreciation to Epic Plumbing. I called for support and had a business water heater go out. Jesse took action and contacted Jason who came within 30 minutes. After I found reviews on Yelp about this company, I reached out to Epic. Jesse called me on a Sunday - wow!! - and gave me his thoughts over the phone. Jesse sent Jasen two days later who resolved the 2 complaints (shower cardridge and loose kitchen faucet) professionally and efficiently. "Repairs" were tested as well as all of the plumbing fittings assessed prior to his passing. Jasen was nice and did a fantastic job. Would have given 5 stars if Jasen did not create a negative comment about how the specific job was managed from the"last plumber". Even though I agree with him, a professional shouldn't bad mouth a previous job (unless the question about previous work is requested ) because you don't know who did the work before you. Could have been me :)
Team & jesse installed a toilet. Can't thank them enough for professionalism, and their promptness. Their speed was very reasonable which helped us! As with any job there was a"hiccup", no difficulty they worked out it fantastic! I have already recommended them to family. Have a great summer guys!
We had been having troubles with getting hot water. Jessee was recommended to us we phoned him. As another review mentioned, he's professional, friendly and comprehensive. He also gave us those components to be replaced by the time that day when it became evident that we needed to substitute plumbing in the wall. A opening into the pipes was made, and the shower works flawlessly! He gave a name of somebody who did a great job of repairing the wall to us, and we had been totally back to normal in only a couple of days. Fantastic support!
