It's so nice to have employees come in to do a job and not complain they don't get paid enough to do what they do and how bad their job is. Gateway arrived and did a endeavor unplugging our toilet sinks with very attitudes. Thank you!!

Gateway came to our home to snake out and unclog a drain. The technician went to the basement to snake out the pile. Later, he produced a leak and hooked up a hose to an old faucet. Instead of reporting the escape, the technician left. We later found it leaking all over the ground. Gateway asserts the leak is not their responsibility. NOT a firm. Poor attitude. Poor service.
We have used Gateway five occasions in the last two years the service has been outstanding professional, you can not ask for a better company: if you need it drains inspected or cleaned.
