Drain Medics

Hour someone called back and that I was able to make an appointment for 10. They were.
I had a kitchen drain that is slow, and 2 decades ago a slow toilet drain. It was this time.
The cause of the slow drain required and was sludge two runs using the cable. After the sink drained properly. The 2 men cleaned up after the job and $75's fee was charged as promoted.
I see from some of the reviews which people have had both bad and good experiences with Drain Medics. All I will tell you is that this is actually the time that I've called them for drains, and each time that I've been completely happy with each aspect of the job.
Ken was the lead individual, Tony was his trainee. After checking out the slow emptying kitchen spout that they moved down to my basement along with the drain pipe under. It had an entry point that they used to feed 40+ feet of cable.
After trying to fix the problem , first with warm water and detergent utilizing a hand snaking tool, at 7:15 AM this morning I phoned and left a message using Drain Medics.

Do not use! Advertise technology will come in company vehicle. Wrong. Advertise $75 flat fee. When I called on Friday they said they could come on Sunday or Saturday. I specified that it was a single story roof access job and would be $75? She said yes and it would have to be on Saturday. (Presumably the Sunday technology doesn't do roofs.) The technician shows up within the service window that I had been quoted, but states that that it will be $50 for going on the roof, $125. I said no, I had specifically inquired about that. The technician said he would have to call in. In less than 60 minutes he claimed to have exchanged texts stating it would be $125. I told him that I don't care how much I have to pay someone else, I never do business with them and also to find the% ^ &.

We've used them several times and have had mixed results. It actually comes down to the technician they send out. I would nit use them it is terrible. They use the movie and excellent equipment is useless.

I phoned Drain Medics to check out my gutter and foundation drains. They sent a tech who started cleaning the sewer out ! When I told him that was not why he had been at my home, he strove to mansplain exactly what a sewer line would be! He said he could not do what he had been sent to do. I phoned BONNIE, who had been the person who suggested my difficulty was the gutter drain, but she promised"I stated yesterday we actually do not understand anything about drains" Literally the contrary of what she claimed the day. Incompetencies' list only lengthens from that point. However, the thing that's me writing this review now? Our cellar flooded since their tech JAMES unplugged our sump pump and didn't plug it back ! Plus it rained last night! The basement is filled with water. Way supergenius James! You will be lucky to not get sued.

They didn't clear the drain. They say they have a warranty, but refuse to honor it. They're refusing to come out unless I let them bill me for services that are high priced and another support call.
They're as sweet as could be until they get your money. They won't even hear you. BONNIE was quite rude on the telephone, maintained that there is no one else that I can speak to (said she is staffing the phone 24/7 and won't allow me to speak to anyone else there).
I called back to confirm some advice to make sure I am filing my BBB complaint about the right business, also I was hung up on by BONNIE. They are not answering their phone. What type of amateur operation is that???

Service does not stand behind the job. As I had to hire another drain firm I called to receive my money back. Been using them for many years and today to be treated as I am a bother. Was told by the individual that answered the telephone owner desired to see my invoice from firm. It was emailed by me. Was and called later in the evening told owner did nor have some time?

Horrible experience . They arrived at our home to clean clean our drain for what assumed to be a 79 dollar 15 minute job. After three hours the technician, and I use that term obtained his tool stuck in our drain. He said that's it I am done here and left the drain cleaning application hanging out of the drain and declared it stuck. He then said you signed the work order which says if this occurs we aren't responsible. He never gave her this employee order's copy. He just got in his truck and drove off. Out which had to dig a portion of our drive to get the coil out we then called a plumber. Long story short drain medic wouldn't take my spouse's call outside the very first time saying they aren't responsible. We spent 3200 to get their tool unstuck and dug up our driveway which will cost additional 2 - 3 k to resurface. So much for the simple 79 dollar job. What a nightmare of a company that could care less. Employ a plumbing company that is real to start with and save your cash, that will act like they care rather than run off. Buyer beware !

Stay clear off rip. . Switch and bait came out to clean my dirt trap. . Kitchen sink infused into cellar sink. Call to return. Showed up over an hour and sat at truck another hour on his mobile phone. . Left pipes in basement water and lose ruin my carpet and now the want yet another $150 in addition to the $125 I paid...

I have used this company many times over recent years. I have always been happy with their service and their cost can't be beat!

I predicted on Saturday afternoon and they said they could someone out on Sunday in 10 A.M. Scott showed up right on time. I can not tell you how thrilled I was to get such speedy service on December 24th, no less! Scott did an excellent job cleaning the drain out and he made certain until he left, that all was draining well. He did the high quality job my FORMER drain firm was able to do years ago (but maybe not anymore) for $65 MORE than Drain Medics charges. I'm sold!

Late review but I used them and they're awesome. Unclogged my kitchen sink with their electricity snake for $75. Haven't had an issue since.

The tech announced news and was not able to unclog the drain. He said that we'd require a part of our pipe and that we had rust in our pipes. We paid the dollars for nothing and after the tech left we discovered that a bit of our drain pipe had been ruined. We immediately called the business and we have been reminded that the job carries no guarantee, but they sent the tech back to fix the leak. A a shoddy repair was made by him and left.
We managed the have a professional plumbing service the day. They promptly unclogged the drain and attracted gear. No pipe replacement required.
Called to get my kitchen sink unclogged. The tech showed up on time but with under a professional appearance and also with gear that was less than impressive. The plumbing from the kitchen sink and bathroom sink were connected since the clog was uncooperative so the tech tried to snake the line. While analyzing the drain that he flooded the cupboard and left the plumbing on the toilet side open. He flooded the kitchen cupboard and analyzed the toilet side leaving the kitchen plumbing open.

I called early this morning, as they did not leave until after 7 and tried to arrange someone to come out. Weren't conducive with my program, but they agreed to come out for 125 $ a hour after 5. No thanks.
Right off the bat that they were 1.5 hours late, but I could forgive that if they unclogged the drain. This became problematic later on since I left work to meet them there at the agreed-upon time.
In summary, they wanted to bill me more to fix what they did not do the night ahead, did not irritate my drain, and were late.
After they snaked the primary some water conducted , but immediately after they left the floor drain backed up. Again.
Had two of their support techs come out last night to fix a clog.

The gutter drain from our home was backed up. Dre, the tech, was helpful and friendly. He cleaned drain all the way to the road drain. He did not leave till he checked everything. We appreciate the excellent service!

Called about they had been outside by 1:30 pm and waited to arrive! Called beforehand and had great communication during the procedure. Friendly, respectful and honest. Pay rust rooter $275? Its own prosecution. Id rather support a company that is local thats working hard to earn your business!

. .disgusting water anywhere. My brother is a plumber and he worked for 3 hours in my own drain and got so disappointed that he left with my sewer clogged . I found Al (Drain Medics) on Craigslist, and he was the cheapest man, so I called him.
He was in and out in a hour, got the sewer emptied and charged me $50.00. He is awesome and I recommend him to anybody. (And no, I have never met before today.)

They have been considerate, and clean. They charged me an rate. The apartment rate had me concerned at first because if they quoted me 75.00 to clear the congestion in my kitchen sink, I know I have paid significantly more in the past, but they ensured me that the only way they'd charge more was if they had to get on the roof which would only be another 25.00. They came out, cleared the blockage from in the home and charged me 75.00. I will never go back to the rate men again. !

Absolutely customer support. "tech" comes at a gets water all over the floor. Caused my paint until I discovered it after sitting there for hours. Got the treadmill. Pure laziness not to require a towel and wash up after yourself. I let them know that this is unacceptable and call. The man says they will come take care of it. Then he says it will be double if I want them to clean up after themselves and texts! I was a customer! Do yourself a favor and call a professional company. Certainly not worth the annoyance. Looks like I will wind up needing to file a lawsuit for damages once all they needed to do was either clean up after themselves to start with or come back and quickly wipe it up with a towel, I would have been fine! Really a pathetic excuse for a client or business support!

We utilized Drain Medics in the past when we'd tree root growth. We had them come back once we had a sewer drain that backed up into the basement laundry room. They are friendly, came on time (also called to tell me if he was 15 minutes away) and got the work done quickly. I will use them again if desired, and would recommend them. Good price too!!

No gimmicks. My basement drain was clogged up along with their guy showed up first thing in the morning. (I had called late the evening before.) . The guy was friendly. He rid roots and the clogs toward your house and back up toward the sewer and managed to locate the connection.
