Super service came when expected. Al did what was promised and was SO nice. I know just where to call if I do although I hope I don't lose my key again! Highly recommend!
Not reliable. I've attempted to use this business. I read reviews hAfter the first time, I know that things come up. So I chose six months later to try again. Well my experience went like that. I had an appointment for a specific time. He called me 15 minutes before the given time. I waited at the house. He predicted but I wasn't near my phone therefore but I phoned him back no later than five minutes following his phone and still ten minutes. And I replied"of course I am. Don't you have my speech?" Shady! Two strikes. Just did not seem to care. Not completely honest and unreliable. Btw the reply is BS. . Additional evidence for you to create your own decision... If you did not want the job then do not take the job.

Once I read about Louisiana Locksmith on Yelp, I predicted, and now I too concur with all the other reviews. Frank is a superb locksmith -- he supported his appointment time with me and allow me to know he had been on his way, carefully checked the locks we've, pointed out exactly what needed to be replaced, and that which didn't (I appreciated his honesty that saved me money), and economically replaced the lock. He was considerate, professional, and fair. He is whenever I want a locksmith.
I read of the reviews, called them, and I can add mine to the pile. Frank was on time, gave a quote he honored, and managed to pick open a very difficult lock quite. He will be the locksmith I call if I want one again!
