Moved to a new home and wanted new locks fast - put out a bid on Yelp for locksmiths & Patrick got back and may get to my home that afternoon. Despite my movers at the home, the locks changed out and got the job done and did a fantastic job. And much more, when I couldn't figure out why a door was not locking, he got back to me at night (once I messaged him not an hour before) to tell me the way that door functioned. Stupid me needed to lift the handle but thankfully Patrick was willing to call me back at. Night to make sure that our door was secure. Thanks!

Patrick was instantly responsive and efficient. I locked myself out of my apartment in the afternoon and Patrick was first to reply out of a dozen telephone calls. He made sure offer options of different locksmiths and to quote me.
Once confirmed, Patrick was excelled at providing communication for time of birth and/or if he ran late. He was kind enough to create copies of my direct onsite and got me into my apartment with 10 seconds.
Patrick was courteous, professional, knowledgable, and helpful. He did a fantastic job and the prices are reasonable too. No need to look further for another locksmith. A+

After locking my keys in my car I came across Slocum's Lock & Key and went to Yelp. They arrived, got me in my vehicle and I was able to get on the train and arrive at work on time. Professionalism the answer time and experience were all fantastic. I strongly recommend!
I locked myself but did not realize before I left work yesterday. I phoned Patrick and he showed up. He was professional, courteous, and fast. I would definitely use him again next time that I lock myself out.

We had a door handle which wouldn't open the doorway. We known as Slocum's and decided to purchase new locks (and door handle) and have them key'd alike. Before he did the work, patrick was quite knowledgeable gave us a quote and professional. A++++
