Not a good experience for me and will never use these guys again. You call the number and they outsource your project . First, the man they sent to me ruined my lock and my door keys operate secondly he charged me $200 to unlock my front door!!!! and when I try to unlock my door Expensive for work and once I called to find the man to come back to recheck the lockhe promised me he would come by but he never showed up.

Prompt, awesome service, and pricing was fair. So grateful for all these guys. Got locked out of my apt and had none of my things with me. They were friendly, professional, and got to me!

I want to give the highest rating possible to this company. I was in a situation the other night. Thankfully, I was helped by the men at NELA out. I was really worried that I'd need to pay a arm and leg to get my front door unlocked . NELA gave me a great deal and managed to pick the lock about 1 minute. They came and were very professional. I was really impressed. That night, I was so stressed out and these guys came through for me. The ideal! Our neighbors, who are women that were elderly, were locked outside their flat late and came to us. My girlfriend and I would help them with simple household work like changing a lightbulb on their ceiling or repairing a cupboard door, however, choosing a lock was obviously outside our ability set. We helped a locksmith is looked by our neighbors, and the very first to pick the phone up was a representative from NELA Locksmith. They replied in a timely manner, and sent a representative promptly. Francisco was educated and very professional in his approach and explained to us exactly what he was doing step by step. He even got the lock open in less than 15 minutes. For a late night service, the price was affordable, and my neighbors were appreciative for such a job Francisco'd done.

So so so informative, honest and helpful. Was a quote honestly. I wished to knowHow it'd cost to re-key a dead bolt lock. You see I felt somewhat paranoid about there drifting out and had lost my keys. I had a key from an old apartment that didn't go to whatever and that I understood I could have the hooks in the bolt swapped out to fit this crucial. So essentially I just needed to bring a locksmith to make a key that was brand new is matched by the old lock the lock. I was looking to take the lock to. So I learned that most locksmiths are mobile and probably to charge involving 65 to 95. With that said they recommended to simply pay 10 and get a bolt lock I could set up myself. How thoughtful? They saved me Upward about 50 bucks although granted I don't have it fixed yet! Uh, yay. Honest peeps. Highly recommended.

Last night I had been locked out of my home at around 11 pm. I must've called they either cancelled or lent me prices that were outrageous!! and about 5 locksmiths
