I had to find the lock and had lost the keys. My wife and I spoke over the phone with Chris and he had been very professional. He offered to give us a cost for replacing the lock over the phone provided we mailed him a photo of this lock. This day I called him back and sent him a photo and he gave me a price of $95.00 + tax for the new lock. In order to adapt my agenda, he was able to find somebody out that afternoon. I got a call. Sure, enough Mike had all cleaned up in about 15 mins and showed up in 20 minutes and was able to remove the older install the lock that was new. While I was waiting for Mike I discovered there was a $10.00 offer published on Yelp. I told Mike and he admired the cost discount and the total cost was reduced to $85.00 + tax on the new lock.
I discovered both Chris and Mike very kind and professional, and I recommended them since I would use The Locksmith Guys again when the need arose.

I used YELP to message LOCKSMITH GUYS and"Chris" reacted in less than 10 minutes. They were not able to assist me with the auto key-fob which I wanted they referred me ! I very much appreciated their prompt response and professionalism is referring me! Excellent!

When a key broke in the lock I had no clue what to do, however, The Locksmith Guys helped me out! Not only did he fix the principal dilemma, but Eric noticed the problems I'd been having with the doorway for ages (I didn't bring up), also managed to fix them for me - and for under he quoted. So no keys will be breaking off, he fixed all the root issues! A different doorway was also fixed by him while he was there, and he explained what he was doing in every step so that I'd understand what changes were being made. I'm so appreciative.

Mike, my locksmith, couldn't have been more friendly or professional. Though my 100-year-old door did not create a perfect seal with the doorjam, along with the wood in the doorjam is starting to disintegrate, Mike truly went out of his way to be certain the new hardware match, and the door would open and close without impediment (to ensure that the door could be both locked, and unlocked, liberally, which can be one of the biggest selling points of this Schlage"Link" line of deadbolts).
I opted to upgrade my entrance door hardware, buying a high-quality Schlage"smart" keypad deadbolt and fitting door handle.

Incidentally, while The Locksmith Guys were oneof the estimates, they weren't the cheapest. At least another high-rated locksmith offered to do the job for the identical money, but to also throw in a free arrangement of this Schlage smart deadbolt (this corporation would have charged me extra).
LA has no lack of options for locksmiths, also Yelp makes it super easy to get estimates. (One area where it could improve: Allow a sender to upload photographs, because almost every locksmith asked me to send photographs of my door, but I could not do this on Yelp... I had to text or e-mail, and that was annoying).
Chris of The Locksmith Guys responded quickly, requesting me to e-mail him the photographs. He received themcalled me immediately to talk about my job. He was friendly, but professional and matter of fact. Though my job was not urgent, he re-routed one of his locksmiths in the area, who arrived to my home around an hour after he and he spoke.
However, everything considered, I could not be more happy with the price tag or the service, so no complaints.

Locks are designed similarly to Apple apparatus' Lightning chargers: Their cylinders (the thingy that is altered to re-key a lock) are proprietary, which means you generally can't re-key a lock so that it fits a key for a lock produced by a different manufacturer.

When I accidentally locked myself out of the 14, showed up in 10 minutes. Adequate price considering the speed.

Chris was very helpful over the phone and responded immediately with a quotation. Danny was friendly, professional, efficient arrived fast and got the work done correctly . Will use the Locksmith Guys later on!

These guys were great! They were not able to make the appointment and ran into a problem but came in the day and cared for 8 cylinders for me! The lock man was quite pleasant, patient, and took his time to ensure my safety. I bought a new home so changing the locks was a priority for me. Chris is the director and he is from my hometown,"St. Louis", so we had the conversation concerning the differences in the cities. After the interesting conversation, he took care of his"peeps" and gave me a tiny discount! Thank you Chris!!

The supervisor, Fantastic customer support response time from Chris. The locksmith, mike, showed up when he said he would, later calling promised. He was friendly and efficient, and cleaned up all debris. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommend, will use them again.

These guys were great! Chris spent a great deal of time describing exactly how we should update our locks and what we ought to do and is extremely knowledgable. He was fine, and mike is who came to make the adjustments, considerate, worked and was also incredibly knowledgable. I could not have been happier with the service and would if needed, 100% recommend their service and would use them again.

I got locked out of my area, so I phoned Chris. He immediately was able to bring in one of his employee Danny. Unlocked the room, created two keys for the bedroom (I did not have), and fixed a quick difficulty I had with my doorway. Overall, I was very happy. They are professional, quick, and friendly. The company was very professional, very kind and I felt comfortable using the gentleman that came in, he introduced and handled business for all of us in a quick fashion and nothing was ruined out of him opening our safe. Really good to have a company.
I could not tell you more about this young guy how much he cared about only doing what he was there to do..is assist us open a darn safe. Again can not say it enough he was in kind, name tag and a uniform.

Chris and his staff were fantastic as we moved to our new residence and exactly what we needed. As all the workers that were scheduled were done, they arrived and not just altered our locks but made them all keyed, so my wife and I carry around only one key for all our doors. Before we moved in, we had four keys. They made suggestions on our garage door opener which saved us money and time. Should you need keys or locks, provide The Locksmith Guys a call.

Well, they are. Chris, the Sales Manager and I spoke and asked if it would be more economical when I bought my very own lock. I did so and then called back to program after ascertaining his price was lower.
As good as it gets!
Lost my keys and decided to get an extra door lock in addition to replicate three lost keys. Guys advocated by a neighbor. I saw the Yelp was skeptical they are really THAT good and reviews.
Mike arrived on schedule, yesterday. He is bright cheerful and oh so competent. He also installed my pad lock . He then re-keyed my Honda auto crucial, in addition to making 3 keys all, on assumptions.

I didn't wish to dock them any celebrities but my critique is negative. It's impossible to find an entrance to this location. There is no sign. The way Maps takes you will be a car lot, also there are 3 exits and no entrances on Jenny. Was not able to find them or use their service.
