Hagi is locksmith that is incredible, a first course. He is friendly, dependable, great at communication and amazing . He came in his van and fixed me up very quickly. My car also jumped and gave me an extra key on the home. He is the only small-time small business guy whose card I'll keep in my pocket (if ) and I highly recommend him.

I simply called this organization and the price was a bit to high for me personally. I told the man that it was a bit high and that I would could someone else. So I got a voice mail from the company's dispatcher. She stated I was rude (which was a lie) and that if I didn't like the price that was okay. I have the right. Should I choose not to do business you can't get angry at me. She said that many of us New Yorkers like to be disrespectful and impolite. I didn't like that comment. I will never do business

Hagi was friendly and skilled. I trusted his ability to think outside of the box in a way that the majority of people are unable and him. He assisted me in creating new keys.

They're the real deal. Solomon made two keys roadside using the lock to my doorway and came out this 11, after inadvertently throwing my keys away. Friendly, prompt but most importantly service that is honest. As they said price was and the whole thing was completed in about one hour and a half. I found them therefore I felt it necessary to make a review as well.

While locksmiths asked for $50-$100 to tighten my lock Hagi patiently talked me through the process over the phone at no cost. Now THAT'S customer support!!!

Hagi is type quite patient, and down to earth. The master of locks! Once I locked myself outside my flat at 530 in the morning in the cold with no where to go!!, he saved me No car keys apt keys it was not looking promising! He came and had it started in less than 10 mins. He's quite experienced, optimistic, and kind. Extremely intelligent and efficient. Can we say from HELL!! After getting my car and losing my car keys I predicted Hagi praying he can help. I explained my situation and let him know I needed a replacement for my Infiniti G35 and dropped my keys. He gave me a quotation of 150 (up to 80 less than competitors) and he sent Roy into the reacue. Within 20 min Roy was there ready and ready to help me. Not only did he create me a new key within 10 min, he help disarm my car alert seeing as if I lost my distant. He refused to leave until I had been ready and settled to go. Let's not forget this was done within this dreadful NYC weather. All in Hagi, Roy and all supplied the ultimate in client support, and that I could not have been more pleased

Hagi showed up at my apt and worked to get everything done for a fair price, less expensive than other auto locksmiths at Brooklyn or manhattan. He is a guy and you will think you are watching a sci-fi movie when you visit his van. I highly recommend his service he is kind honest, and educated.
My wife was robbed in manhattan and had our car key together with her identification and address, so I needed a copy and needed to find the keys re-programmed.

Called this location and obtained an appointment immediately. We carried with Hagi, who was pleasant and responsive, but were cared for by another person (I really don't know his name). Didn't matter, he was also magnificent. He created a replacement key and had me in and out in 15 minutes. These guys are A+.

So after an great summer party I irresponsibly lost my laws car keys(smh). Contacted the Dealership that advised me that it'll cost me almost $400.00 to replace and reprogram the car key.Also I would have to bring the car into the dealership too. Told them I cant bring the car to them when I dont have the spare(that was in FL with the inlaws). There reaction was get the spare. So I shopped around for the first one and Automotive locksmiths that popped up for NYC told me $300-350. However as a result of language barrier and lack of attention because of my scenario I didn't feel that they knew my situation.So then I contacted Locksmith & Roadside Waiters, and was awarded to Hagi right away who overcome both quotations and new precisely what I had been requesting, He kept in contact me through out the entire day as I gathered information showing proof of ownership and everything.When I got home to where my car sat for 3 times and he had been there in 10 min after my call. I had been in my car and needed a key in one hour. It was a massive relief and happy with the assistance he provided.
I strongly suggest Hagi for almost any lockout he had been a joy to work with and very fast.

This man is a genius!!! Got my car open and keys made in 10 minutes. Well worth the purchase price, paid $150 when companies quoted me . Made appointment for 7~8 and he was at 7. Highly recommended!!!!

Haji came to my rescue, much like the other reviewers. I lost the key to my partner's 2003 Honda CR-V (oops) and we had to transfer it until the afternoon for street sweeping. After getting multiple quotations for upwards of $300 to replace the secret and calling around, I gave him a phone and discovered the webiste of Hagi. Not only did he come to my home at midnight, but the lock popped and replaced the key. He put me at ease once I had been in somewhat of a catastrophe and was totally candy.
