Bo was fantastic. He came and finished the service also. He answered all of my questions and performed the service quicker than what I expected. I'd recommend him to anyone searching for a locksmith services that is fast, fair and speedy. Locksmith came out super quick. Gave us a heads up he was on his way. He had good customer service, a great attitude. He got the job done great.

I phoned got an appointment for another day Bo was super friendly and showed up on time fast and productive. Whether you are locked out of the home or will need to rekey I would call Bo from Ace locksmith.

Mordy was able to rekey my mothers house after keys were stolen. The work was done quickly and at a fair price. If phoning, he came out within an hour so on Saturday.

I moved into a townhouse complex and a mailbox key was not provided by the landlord. I had been told I would have to contact a locksmith to find a lock and key. The tech was courteous and kind but advised me it would cost more than $200 to get a lock and key. To get a mailbox?? That price is completely outrageous! I declined but still needed to pay the $29 service fee for the tech coming out which I am very unhappy about. I would not suggest them to other people.

Since it had been at Sun City, I first choose Ace. I sent a request for cost opening my trailer and making a secret. They ask for a picture. I sent a photo and never heard back. To me that is customer relations.
