Anat Lock & Key

My 18 months old toddler locked herself in her bedroom. I called Anat Lock & Key, that they delivered a staff to came at my home within 20 mins. Unlocked the door And he also taught me the way to tape the lock button in the event my girl locked herself again. Both of me and my daughter were satisfied with his quick rescue. This locksmith is both professional and effective, charge is reasonable. Definitely suggested!

We had a key and deadbolt set that were suspended and the door couldn't be opened. Called Anat and was able to get a exact same day appointment in a few hours. The tech disassembled the locks and came punctually. He was able to substitute the deadbolt and unfreeze the collection. We had him make some new keys for the locks. Everything works great now and it didn't take over about 30 minutes. The cost was quite fair. I will definitely use them again and'm a satisfied customer.

I had the door locks changed in the workplace and keys that were and he had been very helpful, quickly, and sort. Did not take my door. Also got here on time and made sure my keys before he left, worked. Price was fair compare to others. Will be using him again to the near future if have to.

Now I had three locks that needed keys and improvement made/duplicated for four locks. He fixed it up in no time. And as an added bonus, he helped sew out two doorways that didn't lock and shut . The doorways closed readily and also the deadbolts lined up with laser precision.
Now I enlisted the assistance of Key and Anat Lock for the time and sure enough that the work was stellar just like before. This company was recommended by a real estate group with which I work regularly. The first time I was selling a condo and the buyer's inspector said a problem was with the front door lock. Escrow was presumed to close within one or two days as to repairing the situation, and that I was stumped. The kind voice called Anat Lock and Key and greeted me. The locksmith's wife is patient and helpful and answers the telephones. We could generate an appointment straight away and as soon as Marty (the locksmith) showed up, he knew precisely how to fix the situation. Not only did he assist with the door lock, but he also spent a few minutes speaking. .
Today's job was a bit more involved and it started out using the friendly and type voice. We made an appointment for today at 1PM. The HOA said they'd be blocking the drive until 2PM and called. I left a call to ask if we can push the time back. 2:30 about the dot I got a telephone that Marty was waiting to be allowed in.
When Marty walked to front door he recognized me from months past, gave me a huge smile and commented about the location he assisted me with before, asked how the sale turned , and even remembered the weather out of that specific day!
It's worth mentioning, at 2:30PM it was HOT. The ac and 97 degrees out repair man hadn't shown up. But Marty never complained about the heat and focused on getting the work. We took a few minutes if he was done, to chat. The customer support is simply excellent. Thank you again Anat Lock and Key... you're the best!

My door lock broke. Friday afternoon, I called these guys. Someone came in under 2 hours to correct the door. He made sure before he left, I was completely happy and clean up and took care of it.

This lock business is the best around! Their prices are good and the customer service is fantastic. Marty is the owner and he is funny and quite considerate! They are highly recommended by me. I'd called a different firm but they refused to meet with me at until clients come on premesis. They told me"All lock & key companies work 9-5 am" and they refused to work together with me. Keys made and I had to have locks re-keyed and known as Anat Lock & Key. They arrived promptly, gave me a consultation a couple hours later and got the work done at the price. Very nice people, too!

A guy arrived wearing flip flops impolite. He even commented about the fact that we needed to walk to get into our apartment. We arrive, seems at the lock and states that it can't open without breaking it. So he attempts to open it with some piece of plastic... did not get the job done.
We looked online what was wrong called somebody who substituted the lock as well and got us in in 5 mins.
No, I'm sorry If I pay I'm not going to home depot after and phone somebody.
I did not have a good experience. We predicted here in order to get into our apartment. We had forgotten the keys (obviously).
So he then tells us"that you have to create a quick choice, I either break it or I move". Well, did not leave us much time there to believe!
We weren't educated as to why he would break it, nor of the true cost of a brand new lock, (which he did not have" 30 dollars in home depot).

Excellent SERVICE!!! My wife & I were very upset, when we arrived home to discover we had left our keys in the hotel safe. Following my friend's recommendation, we instantly called Marty from Anat Lock and Key. He showed up over 45 minutes of calling although we called during dinner-time. Not only did he show up his support was quick and his costs were fair. We were in our home & in bed within no time.
