Very professional and efficient service! I brought a door lock set from Home Depot, and also for some reason the bolt didn't fit the lock. The technician Robert was able to rekey the bolt, so it could match the door lock. This was done in under 5 minutes! Wow, very professional and effective support. I would highly recommend Abba Locksmith Services!!

Robert the proprietor did a GREAT JOB and was on time. I was given the screw for the lock on my handle for the front door by kwikset and Robert had one that fit perfect. OUSTANDING SERVICE and he cleaned everything up before he left. The price was reasonable and he did the job.

Rekey service was requested by me on robert and sunday response really quick . He knows what he was doing did the job efficiently. And helped that the system that was sprinklers was checked by me! Certainly will recommend to other men and women!

I accidentally threw away my mailbox key (ooops!) , and replace it with a brand new one and the sole remedy was to break the lock. I called on a Saturday afternoon, and they were able to get there to get the job done.

I know it is not their fault we kept getting locked out of our garage, but some grace would have been nice. I was hoping to get a"twice in one night" reduction, but could have accepted at least a quick response in the speed we were paying. Obviously, I will not be a returning customer. He's a locksmith, but I'd rather give my money to someone else.
My husband and I just moved into a new residence. The previous owners left garage remote and no key. Enter abba locksmith... we predicted after we couldn't enter our garage and our car was locked inside. Us $100 charged to come pick the lock. It took the guy to get here and that he spent maybe 10 minutes here max. My husband bought new batteries to your garage door opener and went; when he came home with the batteries, the remote didn't work and we were locked out AGAIN. We felt silly and called sheepishly to ask that he return. Waited another 45 minutes to show back up and forked out another $100 to get 10 minutes of work.
Sincerely, paid $600 per hour to get a locksmith...
UPDATE: the proprietor of this business contacted me once my one star review was posted by me and provided to send a refund for one to us. It was fantastic customer service! If I was guaranteed to deal with the owner each time, I'd be a repeat customer.

Service, came and finished the job! I was stressed and had been locked out of my home. He came inside 1/2 hour and got me in my house in no time. Highly recommend Abba!!

Was locked out of my master bedroom. They came within half an hour and opened up my door which had something broken in the lock and made additional keys. Professional, reasonably priced and fast. Will use again.

In addition, advice was provided by them on a few additional locks outside the home and inside - including the exterior mailbox which I had never thought about! I requested they replace that than I expected, and they were done quicker.
Desired an urgent re-key of my home and Abba were accessible within one hour or so. They analyzed each of the locks in question did a thorough evaluation of my needs and got to work after coming. The several deadbolt re-keys they did for me were quiet, quick and efficient - that the work was completed before I understood it!
Multiple new keys for all completed locks were supplied and I couldn't be more happy with people, communication and their service.

My Baldwin lock could turn the deadbolt, would not latch properly and is getting old. Izik came out the exact same day, and was able to make it work. You could tell he knew what he was doing! Thank-you Izik!
