I started calling around and asking questions and moved through google as I researched locksmiths for my mother house in Old Roseville. I had the opportunity to talk with Val. I'm extremely grateful that I did because he answered all my questions with patience, efficiency and professionalism. I continued to call around, 5 to be exact, but NO one, I repeat NO one was patient, thorough and efficient as he had been to me. I phoned him back and hired him for the task! He was so pleasant, easy going, friendly and most importantly professional! He was trusted by me . As a result of my mum's home being elderly and we wanted to maintain the look, the procedure was a little longer than we expected.
