24 Hour Doctor Key

Hello,I would like to state first off, that the service timing and customer service from 24 Hour Doctor Key has been exceptional, which was reassuring amidst a tragic incident. I want to send a thank you to my service technician Jay, also thank Tony for responding to my need. Service was provided by jay specifically in a time of need.
I can't express my appreciation to also this particular company for the customer service and Jay and my security in a time of need. I'd recommend 24 Hour Doctor Key to anybody in need of a locksmith. Thank you Jay and Tony!!

I was unable to find my keys and so had to call an emergency locksmith, 24 Hour Doctor Key. Jay was able to get me into my residence, and arrived in less than 15 minutes of this call. I was concerned I wasn't protected and needed him to replace both locks because I didn't have a key. As I was emotional, I couldn't fight back the tears and asked if he would not mind replacing the entire lock tonight expensive. Jay left and stated he'd be back in 20 minutes using a lock. When Jay returnedhe said he spoke to his supervisor, Tony, and given the circumstances, would replace the two locks at no cost the expense to travel to my home.

My two dogs and that I suffered a brutal attack by another dog in the area and hammering the shuffle I fell my home and car keys in the bushes. While my focus was to pull on another dog who was mauling my dog from her, I did not pay attention. After neighbors ran out to make sure I was ok, I advised the authorities and searched for my keys.

The installation of the new keypad lock was great.

Upon arrival I revealed the technician, Simon, my broken key fob which still had functioning performance for remote entrance into my car (lock, unlock, trunk access) but the metallic key had become detached from the fob and that I was not able to start my car.
On Wed, 11/14/18, I found because Simon left on the overhead lighting, my car battery was dead. Feeling uncomfortable about the night before, I called Honda to get. I talked to request a refund to the 2nd crucial in market for it being returned by me and contacted the Locksmith. Before they responded, denying my suggestion it required multiple calls and texts. Instead, offer a secret that would include a fob and they offered to return to my home . Amazed that they were able to offer you an identical key product and outraged, I refused to give them money or business.

Customers beware! Rates aren't fixed (not recorded on site and technician asked me to remind him just how much he quoted me throughout the trip more than once). Services felt equally predatory (taking advantage of consumers in crisis situations) & deceptive (misleading clients about pricing & final products).
Simon gave a price estimate of: 1st key @ $250, 2nd key @ $175, $120 to schedule either keys = $545 total (Note: the quote for 2 keys was to have a spare to stop emergency assistance in the future). I expressed reservations about the quote b/c it appeared high. I knew I needed to proceed with 1 crucial but told him I was not convinced about the 2nd without rival quotes after hours & I left a message since it was. I was assured by simon his price wasn't only competitive but greater than what a dealer would provide me - stating they would cost ~$500 for 1 key to get a 2007 Honda Accord. With his assurance, I agreed to proceed with 2 keys.
Afterwards Simon gave me 2 keys & instantly I noticed as they didn't include a fob to allow remote access that they were different from my first. Instead, both keys were"after market valet" mode, manually unlocking and starting the car. He said that could only be given by Honda, If asked why it was not precisely the same replacement as expected. I voiced disappointment as it would have changed my decision to purchase a 2nd crucial, in not knowing that upfront but felt obligated to cover services.

Waits. Tony arrived in 10 minutes and was great. Unlocked door in under five minutes gave me a good thing. Can't believe how quick he arrived. I thought I'd be here all night waiting. Thanks so much! Fantastic nature and service!!

They were able schedule and to make a new key for my car for less than the dealership quoted me, they came to me, and I had my brand new key within 1.5 hours of phoning them! Highly recommend!

The owner and tech were prompt to respond and also mended our lock issue in a couple of hours although it was Thanksgiving!

I ended up locked out of my flat I had just moved into on a Monday evening rush hour 5pm peak. A locksmith got within 40 minutes to me and came out! After trying to shim and later bump key my doorway the only method left was to remove the door knob. I'm glad to have been able to get inside my house in a timely manner. Thanks guys!

20 minutes later. I was called by another guy. He said he'd be with me. I said I was confused, I thought he was about to arrive. He yelled at me, telling me of calling multiple locksmiths, threatening to not come. I asked him to please come, then called the dispatcher. The dispatcher did not know my wait had increased, he would send someone quickly and explained he'd predicted 2 locksmiths.
I called with a lock my storage device for help this morning. I asked the dispatcher to get a wait and price time, imagining that I had been a girl in an isolated industrial place by myself, so I wanted to pick a company with support. The dispatcher quoted 20-30 minute wait and a reasonable price.
At this point, I decided I would be better off phoning another locksmith or purchasing my drill. I called the dispatcher and canceled the ceremony.
The owner called to apologize. He said since he had to travel for family reasons he'd been subcontracting service. Bet he does a better job. :)
It is never ok to shout at a client or use the vulnerability to acquire a higher price of the customer when that client is a woman waiting for you in an isolated place. And though I am a girl, I know that drilling a disc lock off doesn't require over a couple of minutes and a drill bit 200. I might have done it for you In the event that you had brought me your resources. ;)

Approximately 20 minutes later, a third person called. He said he would only come if I consented to pay a price , although he'd be there in a half hour. His approach has been aggressive and pushy.

Tony was great. Nothing short of amazing! It was midnight until we got this very very difficult door available and he would not stop even in the rain. A+++

Jay was friendly and very prompt. He diagnosed the problem with our door lock and supplied a solution. Highly recommend.

Independently found these guys and locked myself in the middle of the afternoon out of my home. They had me back in no time into my house, friendly, and were quick to react. We've got some locks in the house and Tony was very persistent! Can call again if I had another issue (hopefully it'll be my last though!)

Thank you for coming so quickly (within 35 minutes of my first telephone ) when I got locked out this Saturday morning. I really enjoy the quick assistance from Tony, who had been professional and friendly and had been in a tight spot.

Updated Inspection:The company was good about reaching out to clarify the misunderstanding, although there was some initial miscommunication. The technician was friendly and managed to rapidly unlock my car, although the service is expensive.
Customer support is clearly a focus for the business, and I truly appreciated that they took the time to know what happened and how they can enhance their support moving.
I enjoy that it's a 24/7 service, when I was in an urgent situation and I'd consider using them again

Tony scheduled a technician to come to me at a time that worked for my schedule. At the time Philip arrived - Philip was completed! ... cost, a fraction of what the automobile"quoted". I could not be more pleased with the service and experience or happier. Philip was effective, professional, and personable.

Lost the automobile that was only key to 2014 Subaru. Called dealership and they wanted close to $800 reprogram and to substitute key AND I had to find the car. . .ohh and they desired FIVE days to complete the work do.
Look no more! Do not waste your time.
Tony and his staff are Rockstars! It's not they have a 5 star rating; Not only did my issue is easily resolved by them, Tony was so responsive, flexible and nice.

Much cheaper than dealer and arrived the same day that I called to prepare a keyless entry for the Mazda. When that set off a light, he obtained a part that was brand new and came things. Definitely give them a phone.

I had an issue with my door and I was quite delighted with the quick response by 24 Hour Doctor Key. They were able to get someone. Our locksmith Jay was friendly, prompt, and valuable. I was astonished at how fast and efficiently he was able to get our locks replaced in less than an hour. I'm pleased to know that I can call on someone like Jay to help me out, if I have any lock difficulties. Job very well done.
