This business was called by me at 7am and they arrived in 10 mins! Very Professional and got me in my doorway 10 mins later!! Very happy!
I couldn't recommend anyone more highly. Extremely happy with the lockout service. 5 of 5 stars. These guys are the best in Chicago.

Stellar job. Stephen rescued me when I locked myself outside of my condo. He came in 15minutes and replaced my brand new lock so I could use my current keys rekeying it.
And 6months later once I had an issue with the lock, then he serviced it and it works like brand new again and came back. Thank you!

If you live alone and committed the sin of leaving your keys in your apartment, then you know what I am about to admit....these guys were here to assist quickly and got me back inside quickly!
I was too much to return when I discovered I left my keys. I called 24:7 light to organize an appointment to meet with me at my location later that night. They actually beat on me home! It was only another 5 mins before I had been inside once came!

I phoned the company make a replacement key for the vehicle and to have them come out. I experienced the worst customer service of my entire life out of a gentleman. He was dismissive, and gave information on multiple events to me. I requested to talk to this person he reports to and that he chuckled and replied he was the manager. Completely unprofessional. I am contacting the BBB next. And yeah, I dont have a car key.

Steve was professional and kind and even took the time walk me through what he had been doing, which was intriguing. If you find yourself call these guys -- do not even question it! I can confirm that mirror the support I received today. Thanks again Steve!
Today a genius movement was left by me and locked myself. I decided to offer them a shot and am thankful I did after seeing how highly rated this company is. I was shocked at how prompt Steve (the tech ) was as he arrived in no more than 30 minutes.

The midnight lock-out: a tale as old as time. Steve showed up quickly, was super friendly, and that I was back in my house in record time--and my husband was at the dog house for forgetting that the keys in the first place...

I locked the keys to my car interior of it and made a boneheaded error. I did a fast search and found those guys. I called at 11:43pm and by 12:09 I was in my vehicle. I expect to never need to use them but when I do I'd and they are highly recommended by me. Absolutely no damage to the tech that was discharged and the car was totally professional, courteous and reassuring that he would get inside the vehicle. Do not be afraid in case you need to get in your vehicle, to use them.

I had been very satisfied with this service!! Technician Steve, the locksmith, has been honestly amazing and got to my car in under 10 minutes. I can not recommend this company more. Pricing has been super reasonable.

Once I dropped my keys I called these guys. This was a Friday night at almost 11 pm and it was 10 degrees out. Their locksmith, Steve, was here within 30 minutes and got me in to my residence. He had been professional, efficient and friendly. These guys were very beneficial. I will call then again in a heartbeat....but hopefully I will not get locked out again!

Steve was amazing. I had been sitting outside for over 2 hours to appear. Obviously , they did not. Steve opened my door letting me continue with my Sunday plans and came in 20 mins. I will utilize there service.

Steve was quick when I locked myself out of my house to arrive. Service was efficient and didn't harm my door or lock. I was back out the doorway (with keys on hand) over 45 minutes. Beyond and above service. Highly recommend!

I was locked out of my apartment at 3am on a Monday and they had a technician out in 30 min flat once I called.

Service, but the joy was their serviceman. He did a fantastic job describing the situation and how to fix it and was so professional. We could get in our location in a jiffy and also had our problem resolved. Absolutely suggested.

Despite my best efforts to NOT leave my keys in your home (no really, they are attached to a bright green lanyard and an obnoxiously oversized key series ), I naturally managed to do this while of my roommates have been in the town. Later and cursing myself attempting to pick my door lock with a bobby pin for 15 minutes from the pitch dark, I discovered 24/7 Lightening Locksmith and consulted with with Yelp and gave up.
John picked up after a few rings and told me he would be in my flat in 20 minutes, that was fair, but he actually ended up arriving in about 10, that had been a huge relief since living as though awaiting my stoop in basically pitch black darkness in ~2:30AM is a mess compared to pleasant experience.
He got me into my flat before 3AM, successfully unlocking all *3* of the doorways needed to ensure I did not spend the next few days living on my porch. I noticed a great deal of people complaining on here,but frankly for having the ability to get inside of my home when I had no way of getting in, I definitely believe the value is well worth it.

We had time to clean apt and he showed up just as we're ready to proceed. Service was fast and courteous.
We were able to get into car within ten minutes of his arriva and on our approach for her apt - what could have been a massive hassle was created just a due to friendly and fast support. Would use again.
Got locked out of car moving my girlfriend out of her aggressively; locksmith arrived within thirty minutes.

MUST READ! Advice: keep hunting, there are lots of 24/7 locksmiths from the Chicagoland area who can do the service minus the play.
Hell no! I'm concerned for my safety since he (the business owner) gets my speech, car data, phone number among other sensitive info.
My experience has gone from bad to worst since the proprietor lacks professionalism and effective communication skills in dealing with customer service.
Company owner John V. plagued me by his private account for leaving my honest opinion about my experience with his company.

John has done a poor job representing his organization and has gone as far as trolling me from his private account because I didn't give into receiving cash in exchange for editing my original review. (BTW that's against Yelp rules.)

Completely unreliable. Don't recommend them. Don't use them!!!!!
They quoted a price of $110 to get a set of keys and to open a door, change the locks. They predicted and verified they would be in the location in a hour.... After waiting an extra 40 minutes- that I called the technician and the company to get an update- no one picked up. The calls kept going to voicemail.

Fast and professional! Got locked outside with my infant and Steve got here in no time! Worked very quickly and has been in my house in no time. Made me feel at ease and completely safe during the procedure. Thanks Steve!!

Fantastic support! Called last minute to have the locks at our condominium changed and he was able to adapt. Gave payment options, price purpose, and me a few lock so I could choose exactly what worked best for us.
He waited prior to charging while we analyzed all keys.
Did a great job, really happy.
