24/7 Locksmith Service

I would suggest that you take your business elsewhere. The techs are not knowledgable and the customer service is a joke. You are going to end up calling another firm to repair this one's errors.
I called 24/7 locksmith to come and mend my storm door lock that was broken. He charged a $75 for the lockout and yet another $125 . This cost checked out so that I went to it. The lock has been broken . I called to attempt to have the problem remedied, out who said it would be another $75 service charge and whatever it will cost to repair it and they sent another guy. I named the company, saying the lock was never fixed and that I did not think it fair that as it was apparent that the lock was not fixed properly, I would have to pay the amount again. I spend two or more hours on the telephone over a few days being transferred to multiple individuals ("managers") who doubled-down on what the technician said - I'd have to pay the fee over. I called another company to come outside, who were quite proficient, and after analyzing the lock, said the initial technician put the wrong lock there, which is why it awakened and broke.

Do not use. Overpriced and unfriendly! So we called them locked out ourselves. They ended up charging 190 to unlock the bottom lock and quoted 35. . This was without the deadbolt! This man fiddled with the lock 2 minutes and he could not get it. Do not barely attempt. Said he had to drill it. Was there for 5 min, got it available after drilling 190. Ridiculous!! The window could have broken and gotten in for cheaper. If your not going to be anywhere close to that do not quote a price. Avoid this business!!

Don't utilize this service. They estimate you $35 to get a lock that is simple but then tell you that no lock is $35. After the locksmith arrived in my home, he said it would be $120 for the lock - that is the lock potential. It took him 5 minutes to open the door. This company is dishonest. The credit card fee indicated they can be found in Aurora.

Quoted 17-27 per lock and us $35 for service. Later refusing up charging us $350 and ended agreed upon $205. Nevertheless over $100 later that which was quoted. Have been trying to get connected but they state they will only"phone me back" Don't use this service they will make the most of you.

These folks are scams - they just charge $15 for the support call but then offer you a line of garbage about how it costs more based on your car safety system (fees start at $45). Funny thing is, they'll open your car the same way, irrespective of the safety system...a blood pressure cuff and a hanger covered in black tape. They charged me $150 and the guy wanted money. He insisted that we go to an ATM to get money, I refused and he was totally mad I wanted to use my charge card. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it.
