I've used their support twice now and both times exceeded my expectations. Both times were very quick and louis came out times and price was quite fair. That was mine. I do not really wish to use anyone else at this time. He was able to program a jeep fob that two locksmiths were not able to perform in less then 5 minutes! The number was 615 905 6257. We called the company a few times to attempt talk about reimbursement to get this situation figured out and attempt to come to an agreement. Several calls to the company later, we called again now. We did not receive a reimbursement to attempt to wrap this up. We had been told they do not provide quotes over the phone, where we INDEED QUOTES even after asking they pull the listed phone call. I would like to say that I am usually one to sing for good service. I come to YELP when visiting any restaurant or searching for any service. However, I have not received dreadful service in my life, and I really don't need it to be experienced by anyone else.
Since they will not tell you, if you do, you ask them the cost first.

In a desperate situation where my roommate and I had been locked from our property, we called the initial Locksmith company we could find on Google (this was at 11 p.m. at night) on 7/31. We requested a cost on the phone just to be sure this is the company and $25 for service. After waiting for about one hour, a few arrived at our residence, introduced themselves and started functioning. Fast forward about another HOUR - $158 was charged! (Mind you, the website says that if"complications" arise and the client will be charged extra, they will be informed BEFORE the service starts ). We had no choice but to pay, since they had finished the service.

THIS PLACE IS FREAKING HORRIBLE! Quoted 15 bucks and just how many. With it being 90 bucks the locksmith arrives and quotes me 25 to asses the lock and 50 minimal. For a 20 lock pick. What the heck?! Because it was a door lock from Home Depot, I have had this lock picked for 45/50 dollars before. I explained what they quoted me and said they would call me back and they agreed and called the business. They never called. The locksmith got in 30 seconds into the door. I called the company to have a quote like they told me and this dreadful, horrible, primitive woman started cursing me out and screaming, stating that if I don't cover the 90 bucks, she is going to have the locksmith lock me out of my house and she'll call the cops and collections and that I clearly can't do math. Excuse me? The locksmith felt bad he let it slide. TOTAL RIPOFF!!!!!

RIP OFF!!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible. There's a reason they have one star. It would be to look at it. They took my (mother ) credit card over the phone and guaranteed me they'd call and give quote. Nicely 144 tax afterwards. I guess it was really complicated to uncover my sons car. What they said they charged and what they charge are two things that are different. I expect they get bad reviews them and they go out of business. Expensive lesson for my own son. It is for a damn good motive, if they only have 1 star.

I had been quoted $35.00 by phone. Carlos locksmith Co. was actually the one who showed up. He had been there 10 minute and attempted to charge me $200.00. A manager tried to explain to me later that it depends upon how hard it's to get what kind of doorknob it's because they're all made differently and the door knob unlocked and some are more difficult to unlock subsequently others. It was not hard for him whatsoever since it only took 10 minutes to unlock and I explained it was a regular doorknob from Lowe's and did not use any components. He said that his company is a company that was very honest and if I do not like his rates do not bother calling them and started yelling at me. So to prove my point, a buddy of mine called the company and explained that he locked his keys in his house in precisely the exact same complex as myself and explained the kind of doorknob it had been and etc.. He had been quoted $55.00. They're rude and very pushy. Worst customer service ever. They give you a cheap rate over the phone to get to you afterward jacks the speed up enormously. At that point, you don't have any choice but to pay them. I wish I would have read the previous reviews before phoning them. Maybe if Carlos was working it may have not cost me $200.
