He was very friendly and professional and came to repair a busted lock at approximately 12:30 am. After we called arrived and fixed the lock immediately. He gave great advice and went over and beyond so the new lock would function by correcting the alignment. Excellent client and work support. Would recommend to anyone desiring locksmith services. Let me start off by stating that was exceptionally respectful and pleasant. Eric was a gentleman through the process even though we became really upset he still kept his composure and was very fair with us. In my opinion his patience was commendable. This firm told us it would be $125.00 to unlock the door to our flat. After the locksmoth came he unlocked the door handle (that required less than two minutes) then proceeded to inform us to recreate the lifeless boldt it would be an additional $125.00, and if he had been unsuccessful so it would be an additional $185.00 to drill the door. It being late and not needing many other options we had been essentially forced at that point to take the extra $125.00 they had been"kindly" sufficient to fall to $90.00. The sole reason is because of the customer support we received from Eric. As far as this company is concerned 20 min of work does not deserve $200 (we called them in 10pm) they're harnessing customers and do not deserve the Company
