They did catch us on the road that day but have not clarified the fees. Asking for an itemized receipt does not seem unreasonable.
When I called to learn what the price of these parts and the labor were I was told"It was 230.00 for the labor and that's what you had been billed!!" . So, by their own admission I was billed $230.00 bucks in labor for the hour and a half that they had the automobile and no parts were involved.
We left our car because we had been stranded, by substituting a tumbler, in order that they could repair our starter. They knew that we waited for the vehicle. They claimed if the car was ready, they had called us.
It is no surprise they require money.
Then we had to pay 230.00 money when no banks were available with no excuse or itemized receipt. They said they'd email one.

The best part is I was from this place. They tried to act like they had a bunch of people in front of me it took them less than 2 minutes send me on my merry way and to place the gasoline in my car! Like. .
I would if I can give zero stars to this business. In reality I'd rate them -5 celebrities. I ran out of gas and had been driving, a rental car I wasn't familiar, together. I called.
I sat from the freezing rain waiting for them to arrive with a gallon of gasoline for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Surprised I did not freeze to death viewing the heat did not work since the car was out of gas.
I waited so long that I ended up having to take a whiz in order not to go in my trousers. I know you are laughing imagining this and it is ok I forgive you. I have to admit after the fact it more humorous than when I was trying not to make a mess while balancing on top of cup, watching out for cars using a coat in my lap!
