535 Plumbing

Needing to do laundry and not needing to wash dishes at the master bath sink on Sunday, I called Shane (the proprietor ) of 535 Plumbing at 8:10am. I was shocked he replied and he said he could have a team out after lunch. I got rid of hungover Fred, who stated he'd encounter around lunchtime if he understood that I wasn't going to wait till Monday (because I REALLY needed a possibly still drunk and undoubtedly hungover plumber working on our broken sewer pipe).
535 Plumbing is amazing! Very professional and fast. Surely not the hungover plumber kind and we are going to use them to replace all the sewer pipes and any future plumbing issues. The quote I must replace the rest of the sewer pipes was $6000.
Justin and charles of all 535 Plumbing showed up at a nice clean van at 1pm, looking very professional. After appearing and consulting with Shane, I was given a quote of $700 by them. They came back at 2:30 and made to get supplies. By 3:30 they cleaned up after themselves were done, bagged the sewer pipes and took it with them. The total was $700 and tax (so $732.97) and that I paid with a check. They do accept credit card however bill the convenience fee (I believe Justin stated 3 percent ). Justin and charles also suggested that all the metal sewer pipes needed to be replaced and they said to call Shane to your quote on that.
On Saturday at 4pm I noticed our sewer pipe which joins the kitchen, guest bathroom, and outside laundry sink (washing machine) had cracked/shattered. I called the plumber which we typically use but he was busy on Sunday. He gave me the contact info for his friend"Fred" and Fred said he'd come over on Sunday at 9am. Sunday at 8am I get a call from Fred, he is hungover and wishes to return on Monday instead. Having appeared afternoon, I noticed although 535 Plumbing had excellent reviews but did not call them because Fred was supposed to appear on Sunday.
I sent an email through their website on Monday morning to get the quote on the sewer replacement that was complete, so I called, but I hadn't heard anything on Wednesday afternoon. I would advise calling versus sending an email after I predicted because Shane got me fast. I wish I'd called them after I saw the crack because it might have saved me a great deal of stress.

I had been working with another plumber prior to reaching out to 535 Plumbing. The plumber has been rude unprofessional, and quite patronizing. I reached out to 535 Plumbing, and immediately got a reply and coordination in order to find the task finished. They're organized and know just what they are doing. Without believing I was stupid they also explained me everything . It was quite refreshing.
Generally, yelp functions as a tool to look up the new restaurant, or other foodie places. It is unusual for a plumber to have so many great reviews written on a public social media page about them. Seeing the reviews, including this one, is a testament to their professionalism and work. As a qualifier, I'm not quick to give five stars to all and these guys deserve all the accolades.
They came, did the job, also CLEANED AFTER UP! When talking to friends, apparently this is a feature not all of plumbers/contractors share. I am all involved for their help and work together with everything and so appreciative to 535. Really a great firm!

My encounter with them is why I decided to write this review. My dumbass believed the stuff around the tub faucet diverter is a difference. (Its actually mold from the old caulking...) I texted them inquiring if its ordinary, they arrived and checked and decided to assist me re-caulk it as a gesture of goodwill.

After getting the result of my plumbing review, I felt a bit cause' I know nothing about pipes. I reached out to 535 Plumbing that's a reliable and agency known by my building management firm. It was a text schedule, Justin and Troy showed up to my doorway. They are efficient and professional, and helped all of the listed problems were fixed by me.

The company was easy to take care of. I phoned them and they put up an appointment for the next day. Tory and Maleko came in this window.
Had a bathtub faucet and checked yelp to help me locate a plumbing contractor that is highly rated. Maleko and troy came out and replaced the valve. They so were neat, kept us informed, and had been fantastic.

Shane the owner provided professional support and responded. Doing a renovation. After pulling on tile wall noticed cracked common drain pipes tap tee , and other issues. Addressed and mended all items expeditiously, professionally. Tracey who came out well versed in all aspects of our plumbing challenge. Great character, very affable. Now we had help with the bathroom in our condo, same moment and Shane sent Peter and Nico to assist us. Peter and Nico were right on time, fixed the issue and answered all my queries. I recommend 535 really highly and they're now our go-to guys! Thank you, Shane, Peter, and Nico!

I reside at Capitol Place in Honolulu. Management hires inspectors to examine each unit at the condo building for any issues associated with pipes.
Anyways, 535 to the rescue. In reality, based on just two people residing in my unit, they suggested I return to a 50 gallon heater thus saving electricity since we do not do three hour showers! This saved us $1700 if we replaced another 80 gallon. Wednesday, According to a Thursday they scheduled for the following. Quick!

Used this business once before and that I had been impressed with their attitude and service.
We had been advised, together with everyone I inquired our 12 year old 80 gallon water heater required to be replaced. That is a 39 floor condo!!

Justin and troy came out and did their thing. It took almost 30 min to try and recreate the problem/noise on I called 535, but they understood how to repair it after it was recreated by them. Professional men who represent their company well, nice. The cost for parts and labor were reasonable. I will call again when we need help also plan to share this positive experience with family and friends looking for a plumber.
Shane was messaged by me on Wednesday and he worked around my schedule to get set up on Friday.

Troy came out along with Justin and did an excellent job. The were professional and efficient, I will use them again. They had the repairs.

Justin and troy are wonderful! They were super educated, educated, and professional. They moved out of their way to explain to me what they're doing to fix it and why my shower was leaky. Along with that, they also made recommendations on which brand, string, as well as which colour shower faucet/spout would suit my other bathroom fixtures! I have never had anybody put that effort into taking care of their clientele!
If I ever need plumbing help (which I am going to when I change out the shower faucet), I am definitely going to ask Troy and Justin!

When I looked for someone to help me fix a problem with my 22, I found this place. This is the 3rd time and they provide quick and superior service at a reasonable speed. Shane is the contact person and will send his team out to the job. Steve and Charles came out once I shared with Shane our problem worsened over the weekend. Shane managed to push against the appointment up from Monday afternoon Sunday morning.

Simple to get ahold of and hauled during the entire process. The Yelp telephone number is the emergency number. However, the guy who answered was nice and led us to the number.
We will use them again next time we require a plumber.
We had a sound in our own water pipes in the kitchen sink. They requested images, and guided us to purchase a new faucet in case. Turns out it was their advice saved us a second appointment and the faucet.

I had a water leak from my toilet which led in some water damage to my condo. Following the cleanup I understood that my toilet wasn't functional. I received a referral to call the proprietor of 535 Plumbing, Shane, who managed to adapt me the next morning, that was awesome. I met with Troy and Justin, who came to evaluate my toilet. Since I had to return to work, they were actually early that worked out better for me. Troy was great at describing what they had to replace and what they do. Both have been very professional and friendly. They were fast too - over 20 minutes were taken by the repair. The price was not too bad. I would recommend 535 Plumbing to anybody!

The kindness and professionalism of 535 sets them apart and restored our faith that there are people out there. We cannot express our gratitude for team help and Shane with this circumstance that is challenging.
My hired pipes company to clear a sewage drain congestion about 2-3 weeks ago. My in-laws billed over $350 to clear out the drain, then another roughly $4500 to the issue that was supposedly repair/replace pipes. The day that the owner came in to ask for the payment after the task, he hinted that they probably needed to perform another repair job that was even bigger to truly correct the issue, which left my in-laws confused. He left the pipes at the home, when they're supposed to eliminate them per their quote and took the money.
Several days backflow with bathroom sewer , and this time it went all the way in their master bedroom carpet, and my older in-laws needed to clean up the mess. My father-in-law is STILL in the hospital and got pneumonia in the water that was filthy smell and stress a few days later. It was after charging that money as if they had made the problem WORSE. When my in-laws complained about the issue, the owner of the other company suggested that they needed to perform the bigger repair job that he proposed before, when my in-laws argued with him, he stopped responding to themeven though each contract they're supposed to provide warranty service. They were practically left by him with a sewer as a way to force them to perform the bigger job.
Not only thatthey also located a p-Trap problem that was leaking a few sewer water straight to the ground, and while they did not have time to fix it at the moment, they came back to fix it not only at a really affordable price, but took away the old pipes that the other company had left behind, also refused to take my mother-in-law's money for the extra assistance.
Given our experiencewe specifically asked for a fiber-optic camera service to find the main cause. According to my mother-in-law, Shane's crew quickly figured out the problem after she explained what occurred, and then camera tracked and videotaped the location of this clog, and removed the clog for less than the $350 that the other company charged to perform the clear out with no movie camera service (which did NOT fix the blockage). They saved the movie that we supplied for record.
This review is on behalf of my older in-laws in Aiea that are in their 70's. 535 would be given six stars if we can by us, once they had been tricked by plumbing company, for going above and beyond to assist my in-laws as below.
As my father-in-law was at the hospital, we tried to assist remotely and good thing I found 535 from Yelp. While Shane might not have time to go in before the week later and told me that they had been too busy he squeezed in time to assist my.

The remaining portion of the job entailed replacing the outside fittings, extending the shower pipe in another bath and updating the flushing gear in both toilet tanks, replace bath sink fittings and updating both sinks''P' cubes to alloy out of the cheap plastic ones.

Today - we discovered some leaking'P' traps which were replaced. This is a frequent occurrence, because you don't understand if the gaskets are'sitting' properly (I've experienced this before). So I called them - and they came to make the adjustments! No problemo!
We now are experiencing some flushing problems using one of those bathrooms upgraded (only the tank flushing equipment ). I don't think that it's a major problem - but I don't want to handle it myself (although enticed ). I'd rather have the experts from 535 mend it correctly!
Okay - so this really is the followup to my previous inspection. (Sorry kinda late). So last October (2018) we'd Shane and his team change out our guest bath / sink fittings. The biggest problem was we had the mixer valved (located behind the wall) to be replaced. Looks good, like it was there all the time!
Overall it took about 3-4 hours, tidy and nice, slam dunk no problems encountered.
So there we go. We have found a great plumbing team we can always count on for a project to be done for the price!

I attempted heavy duty liquid fluids and also"snaking" it couldn't unplug the drain. I utilized 535 Plumbing a couple of years ago to put in pipes beneath my sink and they did an superb job. So I called from the"professionals". His heavy duty snake was utilized by Troy and troy and his assistant Niko came by a couple of weeks back and eventually unplugged my drain. Niko and troy were easy and quite friendly to speak to and completed the task. I'm very happy and will definitely use them again.
