Called them for support locked my self from my residence. The technician is sent by them right away and he came quick. He open the door fast and I even asked them to rekey the locks for me. Amazing service thanks

It was a experience that turned out to be good. I locked myself and when I called I sent a technician and answered me promptly. The technician called me to announce that over 20 minutes he would be with me. The technician came after fifteen minutes. He was kind and nice. He provided water and opened the doorway to me quickly and professionally... I was quite delighted. The price wasn't high and the service was amazing thank you very much!!

Locked our vehicle key with our luggage in our Hyndai Sonata's trunk - etc are covered by golfing so unless we found a way. 1st we predicted AAA who could open up the doors but not the trunk and he had been a pretty sharp guy. We called car company who said would take 24 to 48 hours to have Key Fab therefore we were out of luck there, coded. We attempted every video on You Tube that would indicate the simplest method in, but to no avail.
Were they economical NO - but we were in a poor way and they got the work done so Isay THANK YOU and offer them my greatest marks.
Picked up the phone explained our situation to the guy and he said you do not pay, if it can not open. . Will not tell you how he did it but he knew just what to do and how to take action and we were on our way into the airport and home which wouldn't have been possible.

The experience for this company now. As our door handle at our restaurant into our toilet, called out has been coming apart. The guy came out, FaceTimed someone to receive it apart, didn't seem like he was a"locksmith". He got off the thing which I was more complicated than a regular door handle and struggling with as it is a deal. Preceded to tell me it was likely to be $350 to substitute. Nope. The boss, I can only presume told him to provide me $280. Nevertheless, for a door handle. Nope. He was and charged me a service call charge of 60$ give or take a few bucks. I know the service telephone I did not mind paying it. I completed it myself and should have just taken a little time. The problem is have requested three times and I have yet to be given a receipt. Would not recommend based on my one encounter. I am sure that this was a one off, but the way everything went down it didn't seem like that guy was as I was in that which he was doing any more qualified. Obviously he was respectful the time so there is your one star.

Great customer service! I was short in time and stopped by here after having a bad experience with the depot. Tavern, the technician, couldn't have been more helpful. While I waited this gentleman locks for me. All in the city at the very best price! I am happy I stumbled in this store and will definitely use their service later on. Thanks Bar!
