99 Plumbing

We just bought our first house and within a couple of days of moving in our own water went out. We called around to get a couple bids and opted to go with 99 Plumbing according to their customer services. They had us back up and were there the day with a brand-new tankless water heater and running within a couple of hours. I would highly recommend them to your plumbing needs!

Dale and fairly priced and Josh, were personable, on-time.
In my first phone call to them they had our sink.
Our plumber has been booked therefore being calmed hand-washers, it was becoming run to wash our hands and very inconvenient to use the toilet on.
It is nice to know Chico still has good knowledgeable plumber choices that are independent. We were very pleased with price and service.

I contacted 99 plumbing after a sewer line backup. It was after 5:00 on a Saturday, and they were able to schedule an appointment early. John was very knowledgeable and helpful. The prices were fair, even. Highly recommend and will probably be using them again in the future.

Dale from 99 Plumbing recently set up my new dishwasher and garbage disposal. I was impressed with his work, and I hired him to return to set up fixtures. It turned out to be a project that included opening a closet wall and installing a wall , in addition to the plumbing. Dale does an excellent job and is conscientious and thorough. I will certainly use 99 Plumbing in the future.

I should notethey did bring things up for me to think about in the future just like my aging water heater, my RO unit which has issues, old galvanized pipe, etc.. I didn't feel pressured or anything. It was like good friends giving me the advice on what I will have to look out for. Smart move because suppose that I will call when it comes time:)
Fantastic customer service! They so are professional and quite personable and came out on a Sunday. Very reasonable pricing. They showed choices to fix it to be and that the issue, what probably caused it to me. I felt like I had been in control of the work they did for me and that there were no"gotchas" or anything similar to that. They are booth dads. Wife and kids felt comfortable and very secure together like old friends -- at the home. Well done.
