A+++ support from Fletcher's! Speedy response time to our plumbing issue. Vince clarified everything as he fixed the issue and was awesome, really friendly, efficient. Would not hesitate to use this company again!

I left my number 3 distinct times, I believe it is tough to think all three of those times the numbers were not transcribed. In fact they finally called and left a message over a week later. I bumped my score up a star.

I called around to get a quote on some plumbing work. I called 4 companies to have quotes. Another 3 companies came out and gave me a quotation without any difficulties. Seriously?!?!?!?!?! Let us think about that! You need me to pay you cash! Would you appreciate it if you went into a TV store and had to pay someone to explain to you just how much the TVs price? NEVER!!! That is simply idiotic.
By stating that I never actually used them for 21, in all fairness, I will direct this review. This review doesn't handle the quality of the work, but rather for providing quotes, their coverage.

All in all, the techs do all of the work, from identification, setting up appointments for work, BILLING and COLLECTION OF MONIES, and quotes for future work...? SO WHY IS THERE AN OFFICE in Any Way? Where the techs are, what the techs are doing in any time, They've no clue what's happening, and they do not even do billing either?
THE REAL PROBLEM is the poor excuse for a workplace! They said that the technicians will be ready to fix our leak that day, and they showed up to get a diagnostic appointment at 5pm, and couldn't work because they had been done for the afternoon. So the job was finished by the men well, along with we waited to be the first thing Monday morning, and economically. Nevertheless, they told us when the OFFICE explained that they would bill us, that payment was due on completion , so it can be paid from a bank accounts!
I'm caught in between. Was great. They were on time, men that are quick nice.
I really do want to give our technicians 5 stars however , they were great guys, and did great work. I felt bad they must have a workplace which just makes their day, and the customers more difficult. Poor business model. However, great plumbers.

Quick service easy to get a grasp of & receive a plumber out . Had a kitchen tap superfast. Also, just getting around to posting this, but 4 yrs. We had been having water softener problems that neither the softener manufacturer nor the pipes outfit we contacted could figure out. Called Fletcher's, the plumber came out, diagnosed the problem superfast was fixed by &. Thanks, Fletcher's, you all rock!

Had an Excellent experience with Fletcher's at Chico. My sewer line backed up following hours and Vince came to repair the issue. He discovered our sewer line had been destroyed by our front yard tree and managed to set a camera . He managed to work together with our insurance and scheduled to have it replaced. Could not be more happy with Vince and Fletcher's. Very professional.

Fletcher's will be my forever plumbing company. I predicted after another company call or didn't appear. The appointment was made, the gentleman was on time, comprehensive, and effective. He exercised a quotation on more work did a spot-on our primary line, and was very helpful. Thank you!

Recently called Fletcher's Chico to do some work on our home i.e install new low flow toilets, run a brand new gas line, etc.. Vince and team went the extra mile - they did a fantastic job and are very personable to boot up! Highly suggested. Thank You.
