Stay away. VERY far away.
This firm has been tough to utilize. They refuse to different parts from labor, the refused to help me although two of their office workers stated that this is something they'd do. Then after all that, work was performed by them . They spent 20 minutes at the home and are charging me $220.25 and the warranty company will not reimburse me since Accurate refuses to break down parts and labor, according to the guy I spoke with"the warranty company should know just how much the part expenses."
I've been using Accurate Plumbing for many years and I always have a positive experience. The office team is very responsive and the service team is excellent. Steven and sean were out this week to tackle issues and they were professional courteous and that I felt that the price for the job was very honest. Pleasant to work with a trusted firm!
TJ and Joe came up to install a water line. Deal with pipes that is interesting and they had to crawl under the home that is old. They completed the occupation but cleaned up like the pros they are. TJ and Joe were very polite too. Great job.
We have used Accurate Plumbing other times with great outcomes but not wrote a review. They're experienced, reasonably priced and on time.
They came in to fix the pipes at my sisters aggressively and they arrived a day than when they informed her later. The employees failed to inform my sister regarding when/if water could be used by her and the employees ended up complaining about it to her. They notify her or did not even greet her when they arrived. The employees were aggressive and confronted her after a while that she wasn't supposed to wash dishes or do laundry etc. (She simply used the sink once) This isn't professional and I would not recommend them whatsoever. So yelp won't filter the inspection this just has 3 stars.
These folks are awesome. I had both water heaters cease and they fit me in same day. The plumber came out, diagnosed for free, and got them working in just flat. He did not even charge us since it was so easy! Since my first encounter was, I will be a loyal customer to these men
While we did not have a crisis, Tom in Accurate Plumbing showed up early on a Saturday and had our kitchen sink taken unclogged, and put under one hour. He was personable and even gave us tips about how best to maintain our system functioning and what preventative steps to take to keep this problem from happening. We had a great experience and I would recommend them. We will definitely call them.
I contacted this company to snake my bathtub,plus they had a $35 off support coupon at the CN&R. The only positive note about this company was Sandy who booked his appt.The tech did show up early,HOWEVER he tracked mud from his boots in my apt,left a mess in the bathroom after they finished.I known to complain about what occurred,and Sandy had the technician call me back into apologize.He inquired if there was anything he could do in order to make good on what happened.Irregardless,I wouldn't ever use this company again.
Toilet stopped up. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly. He recommended a permanent solution for the bathroom and was able to fix the bathroom, but additionally unclogged two sinks. Highly recommend his services.
