Wow, that was quick and trustworthy! I called, got a quote, they sent out someone right away! Fantastic service!!

I locked myself out the door to operate from my home on the way and Rob came to my rescue! He came in a timely manner and had the door opened. He made this situation end on a note that is positive and was quite nice! This never happens again but if it does, I'll be calling Abba!

Rob came out and unlocked my garage for Me Personally after I locked myelf Outside... Very good..Will definitely use there service again ( if Desired )

Izik was fantastic!! Sunday, called and he managed to get there ASAP Monday after we got off work! We desired new keys into the garage, front door, mailbox, and terrace storage, in addition to our front doorway and storage doorway and had moved in after closing escrow on the condominium. So quick. He was super efficient, nice and friendly. I will definitely be calling again if we need locks!

After writing my previous review , I got a message from Abba's owner and he had been prepared make things right and to correct the situation. He did not question my feelings he wanted to know what he could do in order to reinstate my religion. I hate to complain, but felt it was necessary in this scenario and I am happy I did because the owner wouldn't have known this scenario happened, let alone make certain that it doesn't happen again. Make sure I was satisfied and he continued to keep in touch with me and assured me that steps were taken to create certain this does not happen. I would certainly use them again now I feel like a valued client.
