I deal with these guys and gals for the business and for private. They do not have Apple Pay, but that I do not care. I'd pay them in bitcoin, money or gold bullion if I had to! They're an absolute price.

Definitely will never come here. Owner was trying to convince me my whole life could be turned upside down if I did not get his service. Went to downtown Oregon town and had the service done unlike this place, for 20 minutes and $10 - all while being polite and professional. Sorry Abba's, you need to turn it around.

I feel strongly any reviews that are negative are unreasonable people with irrational expectations. They were trustworthy and amazing and fast! Cost was extremely reasonable - I'd have paid.
I had been referred to Gil - Owner of ABBA's Integrity Lock & Safe through associates of this West Linn Safety Facebook page who have had experience with this organization and Gil. It was an emergency which we get our doors re-keyed due to unauthorized entrance into our home. We have children! I explained the problem and phoned and they arrived in 15 minutes. Without trying to sell me some product both Gil and his apprentice were assisted with security recommendations and very professional - . Not only did they re-key our front deadbolt but they installed two new deadbolts (we already purchased) and the grips at no extra price and gave us a $25 discount to the service fee that is quite minimal. Plus they made us two extra keys for a total of 4.
I checked and they work. They saved my husband from coming home and installing the hardware over the two extra doors (very pleasant and kind, since they are not a handyman and went over and beyond). We are now able to have piece of mind that all doors have locks and the keys that are same and sleep well tonight! Plus my husband could come home and enjoy time with our loved ones.

I've had the Ignition, door, and rear the backup copies of key made at their store in the parking lot of the Oregon City Fred Meyer.
Abba's was excellent at cutting it correctly and obtaining the essential blank in one day.
I needed a trunk key to get a longer constructed make of automobile.

Completely distraught that the proprietor of the company thought it was acceptable to wait for my car to be parked and then leave by me at my house to verbally assault me about my driving. Way to not be an expert whilst driving your company vehicle.

About changing my ignition out in my truck spoke. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful . Once my ignition was out they explained that they did not have the part to fix it so I'd have to use a pliers to begin my truck while they obtained the part which would be in on Monday(I was there on a Saturday).
Late Thursday afternoon Gil come in anytime, calls me and inform me that they have the components in and ready to put in. I react with"Great, thanks so much that I will be there Friday. Do I have to make an appointment?" And Gil informs me"nope just come ."
I can not recommend this location to anyone while they seem to be educated. The service is terrible.
Told Gil that's fine, told me to come back in on Monday and he took my number. I called in on Monday apologized that I couldn't make it will be there on Wednesday. They did not have the components and did not bother to phone me to let me understand As soon as I got there on Wednesday. Because I took some time off from work to get this done I was up place and they did not call to let me know.
Reputation I front of the desk not being helped and no information given and they proceed to attempt to help somebody walking in...
It's Friday the store is available but no the individual that there cannot set up the part.

We brought our 2005 Infiniti in now to get extra keys we brought in one in which we bought off the net. They warned us that most net bought keys are not due to the transponder processor not being of a good quality. They ended up dividing up the whilst cutting on it and replaced it with a single of theirs at no charge, they were professional and kind.

These men did a great job getting me my house keys and gave me info on my jeep secret also! Prices fast and friendly!

It says a good deal about a company the way. You'd expect a provider especially one that uses the word"ethics" in their name would choose to run themselves with more respect and couth than was conducted now by this organization's employees. The way they behaved was despicable. My friend and my sister saw a van of this company park in a handicapped parking place at Jensen Beach Petco and pull up. Perturbed by the circumstance, they jumped to watch as the gentlemen smoke cigarettes and converse with some others people. My sister then took a photo of the license plate ect. They posted it on their Facebook, and the firm responded with a decent we're sorry and will sort it out type of reply. Everything was fine then and they went on their day. This part is the part that prompted me to write an overview, as what happened was incredibly childish and unprofessional. A few minutes after getting the answer my buddy got a telephone call from his job asking if he understood that a Gil, and that he'd just called there searching for my buddy speaking harshly requiring his his personal contact info and iud he is working, and started threatening with matches if they didn't take down the article. Almost directly after my buddy got a friend request on facebook out of ( who he discovered ) to be one of the workers from said van as he shows himself in a critique my sister composed on their page apologizing claiming they took too long. Frazzled and now being frustrated my friend commented to inquire what to do now, to which he had been met with an aggressive comment back claiming that it is completely legal to allow them to park there if they're currently composing a receipt. ( that to clear things up IS NOT legal according to WA state site didn't check OR) no matter the parking breach thing, (which having a handicapped mother is extremely disrespectful and morally crappy in my view ) it is a little issue and is frankly not the huge issue. The way was absolutely inappropriate, and that is the main reason to get a review. I believe that Gil, as well as the provider owes him an apology, and at the future if NOT run themselves in this way. Hunting somebody down and threatening them over being reprimanded is your matter. That is wildly inappropriate. I am sure this company is fine at their job, I don't need to deface that. Had us awakened, what happened. You never understand how simple it is for folks to locate you on the internet. I expect that everyone learns out of the circumstance. I know we've. Next time they will just call the police.
