ABC Plumbing and Rooter

I purchased a new water heater and needed help installing it, after phoning plumbing firms that the folks at ABC stood out and were with. In an sea of plumbing firms I found these to be reasonably priced and super friendly reacting. Needless to say they did an wonderful job and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Do not waste your time looking at other businesses, ABC is the choice for quality work.

Wess is strongly recommended by me out of ABC Plumbing, if anybody is looking for an honest professional. Quality work from one of the very best.
Had a water heater issue. ABC Plumbing (Wess) was about the spot same moment. Diagnosed the issue and the following morning Wess set up a new water heater (without help).

One of my friends ripped off for $500 for a job that was simple and did the same with the other - she said she'd rather have a toilet than spend almost $400. She contacted the other plumber that mended it for under $50.
Beware.

Had a gas flow leading to pool heater. The three firms southwest gas known, 1 not called me back, 1 had an outrageous quote and the previous one scheduled with me 3 times and never showed. I thank goodness came across ABC Plumbing and started doing research. They shipped out Wess. Work was scheduled by us . He was extremely professional and thorough. Communicated with me and sent me updates with pictures. I was the day. He replaced all of the ducts and valves. Couldn't be more happy!

While doing a consultation, I was hung up on by Among the customer service workers. This was the most dreadful experience. If I could I'd leave a 0 star but it wont allow me.

We have never contemplated changing companies and have been a client of ABC Plumbing & Rooter for several years. They've done many different jobs from a job in 2016 for us like now . Our serviceman was Wess, who was educated, professional, and efficient. He did an superb job, and did it rightsink. We feel quite comfortable in recommending Wess.

I felt I had been ripped off so be careful with ABC Plumbing. I would never use this business.

Don't use this provider! They will ripe off you and the customer service is terrible. This company came recommended and I couldn't be disappointed. On Thursday February 21,2019 the water in the bathtub of our bathroom wouldn't turn away. I reached out to our neighborhood Facebook page and also this company was recommended. Plus there lived a manager in the area. The company was responsive to my request, for coming to my property, advised me of this service charge that is $79 only. I advised the service and agreed to the charge. February 22nd, the technician showed up just before lunch on Friday. The technician knew we had to replace the cartridge and instantly walked to the bathroom. The faucet was disassembled. He removed cartridge and told me he'd find the part. I was NEVER told the price of this part or labor cost. The job itself took less than 10 minutes to complete. Wess told me that there was plumbing work that we should perform and proposed another job is scheduled by me with him. He quoted me prices for future jobs. He finally told me I owed him $ 501 for the work he completed after he was done telling me everything wrong. I couldn't believe my eyes or ears in the cost. I questioned the component being expensive dependent on the invoice. Wess advises while some body could do the job cheaper it wouldn't be done with quality and that he isn't hourly. I reached out to the enterprise to discuss my concerns. Was promised a call. It took two weeks to get a reply by email and I had been offered a discount. My criticism was not addressed. Overcharged, no integrity, deception and terrible customer service. Don't use this organization.

I'd give this company ZERO stars if Yelp would let it...
Kitchen drain has been backed up. Called and explained the problem and they advised that it would be. Technician revealed up diagnosed the problem (clogged p trap) and said it would be $313 to fix it. As I had water flowing out of the cupboard on the ground, I had no choice but to pay it. Technician was at my home 30 minutes. $626 a hour!!!??? Called to talk with the proprietor and left 4 times to messages! No response. Finally reached a sales supervisor who said he would call back and never heard back from him. There are better choices in the valley.

They came to check a possible flow out under our stairs that are in the center of the property. The service guy was great! He did an exhaustive check under our stairs and cupboard and also went down the walls that are connecting to make certain that there wasn't a flow. He showed me how he was checking and how his apparatus worked to help understand where water may be. He did not find anything and sprayed any anti-microbial. Very pleased with support and pricing! Would definitely recommend them.

We've used this company in the past (life member of the Diamond club at least that what the letter states).
Service stated they'd have somebody call me...two hours afterwards called back asking when somebody would phone and was informed soon....click-he hung up!
Electric heater evening, outside on Saturday. Called 24 hour
Soon after call from Cory who was really pleasant told me to turn water off and electrical he inquire what time he could come out. . .8am...8:30 no call no Cory. Telephone to cancel. . .ask before I could finish talking he and me hung up. I am not a competitor we are a home of 3 people....65-85 yr olds. .

Rich, from ABC plumbing solved all of our problems and showed up answered all of our questions! We'd highly recommend ABC !

I'm quite upset with this provider. On the phone we explained our lineup was about the roof and what the problem was. I was given a cost for the quote function. . Very detailed also and when they arrived it was more money. Plus They said due to Osha ok I said never mind I will look else where because I do not do Bussinrss like that they weren't able to go on the roof. I've lived here 32 decades and I've had plumbing by someone and I knew that doing this in the bathroom and not on the roof would not operate. He desired an initial I said . I'm not signing anything. When I'm not having you work since the purchase price is different. He said" what are you People Fxxxkxxg Crazy!" I can't feel a worker would speak like this Disrespectful!! to me
This is not appropriate behavior in any way. My son was there and that he asked the guy are you having to the worker? We went back into the home and my son known as the company's manager. Manager didn't seem to care.

By far the most honest and capable plumbers from the valley. I have a company that shares drainage from the east valley here along with other tenants. Tenants, myself and landlord had a total of 3 technicians on 4 events come out in the past 4 times to deal with problems that are congestion. Not one of them fixed this problem. ABC stand out first thing this morning and immediately diagnosed and repaired the problem at a price that is fair. As we did, Call ABC 13, do not make the same mistake!

They had a quick response time, good rates and trusted technicians. They left me the process as easy as you can.
Everybody at ABC was fantastic. I had my first experience dealing with my water heater.

We had ABC install our water heater last summer, and we had signed up for their protection plan. They came out last week to empty the tank and do a spot check that we had as promised. Dick, was our technician, and he could not have been any more specialist. Really nice and did a wonderful job to keep the water heater in the perfect shape for many decades. Have to compliment Crystal, for professional demeanor and her very nice. Nice to be able to communicate with somebody who understands scheduling issues and listens to her customers.

Approximately two months after listing my house I entered my garage to discover that a valve had been blown by the massive water heater at the closet and leaked all over the ground. I phoned several different pluming firms and got quotes to replace and install a new water heater and ABC Plumbing was about $450 less than the next closest estimate (Home Depot included). They installed the new heater and had been out within 24 hours and disposed of their one for the quoted cost. I would highly recommend them and an very happy with their support and affordability.

If I require plumbing services at my home I'll keep their title. I'm pleased to find them.
As a business, in functioning order, we need to have our restrooms. We wanted repair asap and had a bathroom that is old. They fixed the problem and everything is like new and totally came out in flat! I thought they were somewhat pricey, but in all honesty, I think they were really fair.

Exceptional service. Thought maybe it was a escape from the sink or something before we opened our hallway door to find our water heater was going to blow off (yes our water heater is at the home ). Called ABC on Rich and the fly was there immediately the next morning and the issue was fixed.
Rich was wonderful. Super friendly, right away you felt comfortable letting him in and you could tell that he cares about the job he puts his name on. Overall great experience.

We called ABC Plumbing and Rooter because we could find hot water. A plumber came out and replaced the capsule that modulates the warm water in the bathroom shower faucet. After a shower, there was water in the bathroom and hallway. We suspected the shower liner might not have been protected which may have caused the water flow. However a second shower in the toilet (with a lengthier liner and attendance paid to its positioning ) produced water not just in the hallway, but also in the living room and in the bedroom cupboard that was adjacent to the shower stall. They sent a recovery team out. After a few times of drying out and cutting on at the bottom two feet of wall out of a part of the hallway, their living room and the cupboard, another plumber who found and repaired the leak was sent out by ABC. Regrettably, ABC Plumbing is denying they are the origin of the escape (then send a plumber out and have him fix it without charging us) and they're refusing to cover the recovery of the affected regions. The proprietor was difficult and stubborn to get in contact with and claims that the flow was pre-existing. This is most certainly not the case as we had a water flow before his plumber"fixing" the valve. If we could provide negative stars, we'd.
