Our services include master key systems, door closures, exit devices, high security essential controls and locks, safes, and digital access. We specialize in door fix or replacement. I go back on Monday and they had signs claiming outside keys could not cut. Why the lady with blond hair and a mole, and the difference now claimed that it was a NC Law that keys needed to be enrolled with them, I asked, and because my key was not, they couldn't cut it.
She then said I could get it cut Durham. Durham?!?! I ask why can I get it cut Durham, but not Roxboro, because they are in precisely the same state. She doesn't know what to say and starts stuttering.
Business will cost gouge, and is a joke and lie . I received a cut that was key that I purchased online for my vehicle, last Friday. They acted like they couldn't cut it, but did anyways for 5 bucks.
Simple reality was, she wanted me pay for their programming, then to pay for their chipped key. I would be very cautious to not trust the shady business practices of it to this company.
