I dwell in the Wylie/Garland area and we have locked out of our residence.
The guy was the person that answered the phone and he was at our home over 20 minutes.
He let us in and also unlocked our door and was quite considerate.

Came out Within a Home rekey on a new house. Tell you what, after he was in and knew what all had to be worked on, he and his partner got MOVING. I swear, I believe the entire home (9 locks) was done in a half hour, maybe 45min TOPS. Each lock was confirmed by him and had one loosens he believed was too tight. In addition, he noticed the garage door stuck due to screws and mended that real too.
In general, great very knowledgeable of his work domain name and takes pride in his work quality. Fantastic experience, great job!
I didn't realize that the knobs on the doors also had locks to rekey (just got the house) which meant the total lock count exceeded the home guarantee's allotment. He gave me a discounted, acceptable cost for handling them all (I had previously done rekey quotes from multiple areas, so that I felt good at the price he supplied ).

Needed rekeyed several deadbolts and some notice help. Would use them again. Prompt and helpful.

I needed a locksmith to program and then cut a key for our new (used) Toyota. I Called several areas. This was the only locksmith that returned my phone in minutes and was also the locksmith that gave a more reasonable price to us. Both Jacob and Will were professional and kind. He had the key. I would definetly recommend this corporation.

Rude and flippant on the phone. Will never use them and will not recommend them. He did not have to use that tone with me although I know he couldn't help me.
