Alex told me that he began working during college in NJ with locks. He worked as a locksmith in company before venturing outside to start his own company. He's been solo for many years now. My expertise using Alex was great from the initial contact. I strongly recommend adding this company to your bookmarks. You will never know when one might be needed by you, or pick you may want you.
Truth is, most times, you probably don't consider the help of a locksmith till you find yourself in a poor"situation". To make things worse you're scrabbling to locate one.
Well, let me tell you, if you're searching for a locksmith that is dependable, knowledgeable and reasonably priced , then Alex is your man. He is THE locksmith. I called morning and he gave me a 4pm appointment time that day. He came exactly on time. My needs had been discussed by us earlier, even delivered photos on smartphone, making things easier. He was prepared. He also installed a deadbolt, keyed from both sides. (Not an option for tenants, Fire safety concerns) Looks like his prices have not changed in the previous 5 years. $45 set up price of lock and fee of $55. He explained exactly what he was going to do and did it. Additionally, he did a fantastic job of cleaning up the mess.

I reached out to Alex and Accurate Locksmith due to good ratings on Yelp. After working to mend two door knobs and latches, he was amazing. He is professional, friendly, and educated. He shared advice provided even and choices offer you a lost cost approaches, which we badly appreciated. Because of him, our two main entry doors are currently functioning and also his response time was exceptional. Thank you Alex for great support and help.

Alex helped me in MINUTES of my initial (desperate) mobile call. I wanted back in my property and had been locked out. He set up a knob that was new so this did not happen and went above and beyond to provide excellent support.

We had a door with a lock that had broken off and was stuck closed. Alex knew just what the issue was, showed up on time, and mended my lock in under 5 minutes!

Quality service! It started because I had been trying to fix a broken door knob, I could not for the life span of me get the knobs. Reason for Trip:So Alex had to postpone his appointment for about an hour since he'd be managing power tools out on Monday, we had an extremely heavy rain. To begin with, I really appreciated the call. He said he visit my house and would take another house call, and he came by as soon as he could.
--How the phone call was managed by the owner set my mind at ease that my concern was taken by them . (I am Starting to see the relationship between a first phone call and quality of service)
--They could give me an estimate of money and time for the occupation.
The price included a $45 service telephone, $55 for the two-sided deadbolt lock, approximately 1-1.5 hours labour, and a 10% reduction for Angie's List members.

As we were finishing up, Alex advised me of the way to best care for this lock since it's regularly exposed to the elements--purchase a silicone/teflon-based lock spray (no graphite, he insisted) In a hardware store and provide the hole and latch mechanism a squirt once a month. He told me about utilizing WD-40 is a lousy idea--basically, it dries up and provides no lubrication long-term. (Homeowner tip: use an internet calendar attribute like Yahoo to send you email reminders of care projects.)
I inquired about what services he offers, and he will install up safes to 300 pounds. Keys are also made by him and does a work.

Alex was able to visit immediately and was really friendly and useful to work with. I called him the Thursday or Friday prior to his visit and he was able to schedule for this Monday. He had set up several deadbolt locks on terrace gate doors there and was knowledgeable about my condo association. He asked me some questions on the phone so he would be best prepared for the task:
Apart from installing the deadbolt and drilling a hole, he also fixed the knob that was. He made a few alterations to the plate/latch installed some new screws. He said he generally presses the work place when completed, but since it was wet out, he couldn't vacuum (no big deal, it was just a few wood chips).
