Henry was great - the locksmith was a no-show so I called Henry, and in an hour he had arrived and resolved everything. A man too.

We known as when we had to have our home lock, Henry replaced. I managed to text him as he stated he would and he arrived within 24 hours and completed the job. We'll definitely use his services again.

Henry was available, efficient and prompt within one hour of calling to fix my front door lock. I would strongly recommend.

I had a situation a few weeks ago. I trying to get to some other job, and dealt with a family illness, and I left a purse on my front door's inside doorknob. I thought nothing of it, because I had the key, After the door closed. I couldn't open that door for anything. From being flipped, the weight of the tote prevented the knob. The guy at Accurate answered my call and got over and quickly got me into my house, re keyed both my locks and charged a reasonable fee.

Life does not get better than once a specialist helps you out without even considering they will not be receiving any business from you (for today ). The exact kind gentleman (sight unseen) took my phone call, answered my questions, gave me advice on how best to fix the lock issue on my door along with his advice worked like a charm. Special kudos when someone else would have charged for an appointment for helping. Will be my first choice in the future and I'll definitely spread the good word about you! Thank you!!

I contacted Accurate to program a lock tomorrow involving a location.
I only called back and was advised by Henry it would have to be after 3pm since he decided to take a different job. Henry had all my information from the call this morning, however failed to call me and tell me he screwed me over. I was able to discover another locksmith, that seems to be a lot more competent than this poor excuse of an agency.
I would recommend avoiding Henry and his sham of a business at all costs. If I did this in my line of work to clients I can only imagine. Word to the wise, if you are going to go back on scheduled appointments, its a better business practice to let them know.
I have coped with a business as unprofessional.

So I called Henry we got locked out of our house. He came to us right and it took less than 10 secs to him to get us . He also called to let us know when he was becoming closs what time to expect him. Excellent service!!! Thank you!

I was locked out over the weekend and called Accurate, They had been there in about 15 minutes and got me into my residence. I can't say enough. I was not sure as I've never been locked outside, what to do,I phoned my husband and he explained to call locksmith that is Accurate. For the first time in my entire life, I got locked out of my house without telling me, because my son had secured the door. They had been far away from my house, although it took about an hour for my place but opened the door in under 5 seconds!!! Very nice and professional people, so I highly suggest them!!!

I phoned Henry on Friday morning as my door handle to my business got a bit shaky. Henry said he'd be outside midday and was very nice on the phone. He stated he'd get a grade handle and also be out on Monday and came on time. As promised, I have a handle for my business' entry. This service was fantastic: affordable, prompt, dependable, and rapid. Henry was personable, professional, and confident. Our parents home is closing selling and down, and there were no keys to be found for the door. He was here in just a couple of hours, captured here when he said he was (really had a cancellation and called to see if he would come early- YES) and took one more thing off our really long list in getting this house ready, and did it with a very fair price! I wold use them or recommend them.

Henry of Accurate Locksmith did an superb job on a difficult problem I'd had. My lock was but it was a 30 year old lock, a special piece of hardware, and when I had to replace it, I would have had to replace two solid wood double doors (likely $1k). He fixed it immediately and with ability, and for an extremely reasonable price. He is not just a guy with resources but really a locksmith. Thank you, Henry! (PS My review states I am in DC but that was to get a home in NJ, near Princeton.)
