We were happy with the results and we certainly suggest Accurate Security.
I called them when I needed some help in installing a new lock deadbolt to have our deadbolts and on front door re-keyed. They offered to come to look after it. Jeremy, Brian, the proprietor and his helper, were friendly and courteous and they took the time to explain matters as they went along.
I didn't use Accurate because of some communications mixup but the owner was very concerned that I was not pleased. Were I to need this work I'd give them another chance.
Desired to re-key three doors, each with knob and deadbolt. And I wanted a key to operate on each door/deadbolt. Brian responded instantly to my request for a quotation, with a couple of hours later, and Ben came. I'd locks on four keys made and all three doors altered -- all done inside 90-minutes. $235 bill was possibly a tad higher that expected, but it was a positive experience and they know their stuff.
I've used Accurate for many years for numerous business needs. They are careful, and do quality work. The job is expected: what is discussed is what is done, on time, and per strategy. All work has held up well through time. Accurate is recommended by me to anybody needing lock or key service.
I had the fantastic chance for having locked myself from my house on a morning to have contacted this company. They were unable to help me instantly due to being on the way to some other job in the opposite direction. Dan called me and seemed truly worried and invisibly into my problem and assured me that they gave me the direct number and title to get hold of them and were specialist and quite experienced so that I would get help quickly. I am more than pleased with the company I ended up using, however, I am happier with Accurate Security & Lock . I would suggest Accurate Security to everybody.
