We took our house keys to get duplicates. THREE times tried to get it including attempting to submit down the keys by hand with the time. None of the three tries work, so we have a refund.
I'm never going for keys.
We moved to the professionals in Ace Lock & Key. The duplicates worked on our first try! AND the wonderful girl at the counter was so kind to my mom and my really busy little preschooler.
Lowes was given a shot by us. Their duplicates did not operate in our locks, either.
The hours are strange, but prices are reasonable and they do great work.
