Ace Lock

The locks changed in our house, were prompt and professional. Old door that is changed and rekeyed locks at our older house. He understood locks and mechanisms well so he couldrepair/replace on the spot. The support man was professional, friendly and punctual at all times. I will most definitely use this company againif. The people at Ace Locksmith have been a pleasure. I just bought a home that had six doorways leading key, every one with a lock and intothe house. I have used Ace Lock beforeand have been completely satisfied every time.

We tried to get keys recut to our KwikSet deadbolt and maintained bringing home keys which would not work! I meanwe went to Ace Hardware, several Home Depots that are different - they would cut and recut and use another machine also. "That machine never works" the individual trying to correct the key would inform me. I finally decided to call in the professionals - Michael talked about what the issue could be about the telephone to me and I phoned and even offered to come out the same day. That's amazing - here is how you can save money with my company!
His brother was awesome and came out. He explained how the lock had worn out, why the KwikSet locks do this, and showed me the gap between the old one along with the powerful lock he installed. Had a bronze lock which matched my hardware. Was out and in super professional and cut me extra keys to the new lockand rekeyed a different lock to those keys that are new. The $200 I spent was worthwhile to keep having to earn a sixth trip.

They put another key on each exterior door (strange isn't it?) .
I phoned them to fix it, I offered to PAY AGAIN to allow them to fix it.
I would if I could give them LESS than 1 star.
How in the world have these folks been in business?
If that really is a 3rd generation firm,
Compared to 3rd generation are complete MORONS.
I had this business come to a Home of mine.
I had been told,"We are not interested in this task".
A repeat customer is REFUSED by what type of business?

Great prices and service! It required less than 5 minutes to replicate 8 keys. After I made a trip to Lowes to learn that none of those secrets worked, I opted to go here. And of course, Advance lock has been much quicker compared to"1 minute crucial" machine offered at Lowes. I highly recommend this organization.

Fantastic support and troubleshooting. Tony is the very best. Quick service. We would not hesitate to phone them.

Contrary to what it says above, they actually are available on the weekends. I wish I knew that I wouldn't have ended up. Wasted so much cash that way. Should have gone to Ace first. They fixed the lock for $230 (they needed to come out) and they said they'd have opened it the first time for $120, not the $187 I was billed for drilling to our door.

Fabulous and fast service! Couldn't be more useful! Asked for a copy of keys and the turnaround was less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend

They duplicated 3 home keys in less than 5 minutes and was on my way. Thank you
Great service and price.

Probably my review of ace hotel but it feels just like the first. Odd that everybody raves about this place that sells locks and stuff to secure your home. But I get it. Out of razor clams. Better luck next time. Or should I say lock that is better! Happy hour so-so

Fantastic service. Helpful and knowledge team. What more can you request? Skip Home Depot and get your keys. They mended my lock that was broken in no time!

Easy Breezy - out and in in under the keys and 5-minutes fit perfectly.

He is absolutely professional, favorably just an all-around courteous and punctual and worker of the company
One of the key elements (LOL) of this success of this business has to be Tony.

I phoned this company to get a quote to rekey or swap two locks after dropping a home key in the shuffle of my wedding. I had been advised there was an $82 service charge for the first hour (every other place I called was a conventional flat $29.99 service fee ) and I had been offered $15 to rekey each lock rather than replacing them. Someone from the company called me at that time I requested to clarify whether they believed rekeying because I did not want to get stuck with extra charges, the 2 locks would take more than one hour. (I really don't believe that was an unreasonable question to ask). Out of nowhere the guy's tone completely changed and became extremely impatient and patronizing, stating what I already understood, the"FIRST" hour was 82 and if I had two tanks it must take just one hour, skirting my question of whether I'd be charged more. He then began saying something about the way his truck maker did not work and that he would need to bring out the keys and actually asked me to find my current key and then read him the serial number. At that point, I said, don't be concerned I will find someone else.

What was better? They showed less than an hour later up! Since when do support technicians show up several hours? Mike cared for the work quickly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price.
Exceeded expectations. I needed some help using four lock sets, at 10 AM I phoned Ace (according to Yelp! Testimonials ) and a very nice woman told they'd be there the exact same afternoon. Sounded good.

Fantastic enterprise. Professional courteous and men and women who do work that is exceptional and charge a fair price. Do not go to Home Depot for copies that are key that wo get the job done. Get them . Do not telephone a random sketchy locksmith, use Ace. Greatest locksmiths I've interacted with period. They have after hours support. Utilize this location for all your lock and relevant needs.

Loran set up three new locks (or, some combination of new locks and repairing the present locks) last week, and we really appreciated his kind manner, efficient work, careful attention to detail, along with the happy outcome that all of the locks and doors are working well at our home for the first time since we moved in. Would recommend.

I had never been there earlier, but at a move a file cabinet was locked and we couldn't locate the key. I place it into our van and drove it to Ace, coming before their opening period of 8 am. They were already open and came out to look at the cabinet, when I explained the problem one of the people. He pulled out a few lock picking tools and had it open in perhaps 3 minutes. He found the keys and looked in the drawers. Of course I asked how much I owed and was glad. We went inside where he and a colleague conferred. The charge was $0.00. I chased them and was on my way home by 8:10.
The office looked professional and I would certainly go there again if I had another problem. I wouldn't even object if they billed me!

Locked out of my house at 830pm, known as, they came at 930pm. I used a different company to open my car door at 10 pm before and just cost 50. . .so...

Great guys there. Brought in a broken lock that it turned out they could not do much with but they invested well over an hour helping me and providing guidance on a replacement which they didn't have to sell me (not lack of inventory, just different category - was more of a Home Depot merchandise ) Very professional, personable, and helpful staff. Will come back with any locksmithing needs!

When it's a crisis or not, these guys make your issue a priority. I predicted City Locksmith who said they'd phone me back in 5 minutes when a technician was sent by them. I waited 30; known as Ace Lock and a person was here in 10 minutes, only as City Locksmith was calling me to inform me they finally went to send somebody.
CALL ACE FIRST!!!! :-D

So I could utilize it, I had a transponder key for my truck but wanted the key cut. They did it then and did not charge me anything.
