Would highly recommend. I locked myself out of the home and gave these guys a call after appearing at Yelp reviews. Jerry was able to get me in personally, worked with my schedule to meet me, and went above and beyond to fix a door that had not been latching closed. Quick, friendly, and professional.

Jerry was called by me since I'd dropped the key and needed that the U Haul lock cut off - that, it turns out is nearly impossible. When I predicted that it may not be achievable, but that if he couldn't get it done, he would charge me for the trip or 35, jerry explained. He went for nearly half an hour, prying apart, beating, pulling, and cutting. My hero! So no matter, yes, 5 stars. He also appears to perform an Robert De Niro impression that is amazing - not to be missed!

Jerry did work that is high-quality and quick. Without our asking, he gave us options stop locking our keys and to save money. He is also a super nice guy, after moving to town, a fun person to fulfill.

Jerry was great. He came on time (we just bought a house and desired all the locks rekeyed, and on a single key). He gave recommendations was clear and honest about what wasn't a good idea piled out everything for us, and just a referral to get a man to care for our garage door openers.

Jerry was fantastic. On timehe had everything he needed to finish my jobs and some simple maintenance tips were shared by him also. Reasonably priced, we will be hiring him again!

I phoned Acme after the first locksmith stated he does not do house calls. Jerry stated he would be here in a half an hour and that he had been. Unfortunately he had to drill it out couldn't get out my broken key of the lock.
He rekeyed our other lock to coordinate with the new key and expanded the mortise for the deadbolt (which caused my difficulty in the first place) at no extra cost. He actually cared about doing the job right.

This place is really a joke. I talked to the owner to get a quote and service and phoned. He even gave a ballpark figure and once I asked him to break it down to get a better comprehension he got angry with me and told me to call someone else and wrapped. I will gladly take it everywhere if that is how you treat. Don't waste your time.

Jerry is superb. He had been flexible scheduling his trip. He changed the locks three doors (two locks each) and gave me a great price. While working on the guards he told a few funny jokes. I'll use him again.

Obviously Jerry is amazing is an understatement! He is very specific about his job and it shows in every manner. Jerry went over and beyond on everything and took time to check out our deadbolts. The prior owners had deadbolts with such little wood eliminated that it made the deadbolt close useless. Jerry took his tools out and left it right. An amazing man to manage and an amazing man to learn from. This world requires more Jerry's!

Flexible locksmith who is not hard to reach, great. Changed the locks in our new home and gave key to both the front and rear door to us.

Really terrific! I was about to leave the home and also the key got stuck in the door. He and called Acme came right over. Now I know to maintain the lock happy give WD 40 to it a year. The lock was also fixed by him . I am still on time.

The proprietor Jerry is a character who regaled me with impression and tales the time that he worked. His work is excellent and he's honest. I needed locks re-keyed to get a house we just bought and he was out the exact same afternoon and gave me several options and allowed me to select. No hard sell. Has his equipment about his work and the truck was completed in moments.
