Action 1st was helpful. Our business needed to boost security, and we were known to actions 1st. They came and gave us understanding of suggestions and code compliance for access management as well as. We ended up moving with 8 doors for access management and 11 security cameras. They can manage access control system, locks, and door mechanism . If they get here we simply give them a listing of things to do, they go away and do them and then whenever they are done grab us. They also do maintenance for us.
It is always great to have a solid seller you can depend on.
Throughout the setup, Action 1st functioned. They were able to work around all the meetings which took place. They did not charge us extra for the additional time that it took although there were a few unforeseen issues with the building.
After they installed all the hardware, one of the techs went on exactly how to do the programming (that was very simple ). They set up all the time zones we wanted, and taught us how to add in workers and fresh fobs.
The machine they put in just functions, and we are extremely pleased with the service.
Since there was a major issue with missing keys and key 18, our office needed a access control system. We had 65 doors which we needed to have access management installed. We emailed a few companies, and Action 1st was the ones who responded to set up a meeting. Russell was met by us, and he was fantastic! We did a walk through, and he was knowledgable and quite thorough. He was also honest with us about what we did not require and needed.
I would advise Action 1st to some provider.
Action 1st was predicted by me and asked for a partial refund. They told me I should have had them come then, and out again, I was out of warranty. (Really? A visit? And didn't they say to let it loosen over time) I won't be calling them.
After my painter set up my new door hardware, I had difficulty unlocking it. I asked Action 1st to fix it. The latch was quite stiff although they made a few improvements and the key had to be jiggled. They said to allow it to loosen awhile Two months later I was tired of using both thumbs to push at the knob and had them out. More advancement but nevertheless, rigid latch and a lot of play. Again,"Need to let it ease with usage."
I found Action 1st Loss Prevention to be rather ineffective and without much integrity. I used Kustom Locksmith Services from Laguna Hills, and they were fantastic.
I known as Kustom Locksmith'd had it and, on a good recommendation. My door was operating perfectly.
