Very female answering phone calls. If you pay cash they don't provide receipts. Owner Jeff advises the $100 service fee is payable should they mend appliance. You have to cover if they fix without using parts not true. They even told me that I was luckly that they fixed the appliance, a part could have changed and chargrs for part and their labor rate of $170/HR. Service tech was fine.
Terrible communication office, complete experience when coping with appliance repair. Go somewhere else.
My experience with this company was bad. Thirty minutes past the windows. He had not arrived I called him to find out whether he was on his way. The owner said he would not be coming into my house as consented and was far away. He asked if he can reschedule to the following business day time slot. I agreed, imagining what had happened was an anomaly. In summary I was wrong. He missed the appointment. But when I phoned him to confirm that he was coming. He cried several times telling me that he was on his way. Action Lock & Key is dishonest and unprofessional. He failed to keep reasonable communication. When scheduling his appointment he lied. He lied about being in transit to my place. Finally if he's this dishonest before arriving, in case you trust him to operate on your house or business... As for me personally I can't conduct business with liars.
