Active Locks 24-7

Great company, friendly and easy to use! Ron was responsive and useful. Several locks were replaced by him and rekeyed other people on our home. Purchasing a new home requires you to work with a lot of service providers establishing everything required to reside in the home, many who find keeping and scheduling appointments difficult. Not Ron. I don't write reviews but had been so happy with the service, I wish to make sure everybody else understands!

I had a terrific encounter with Active Locks 24-7. I picked their services because I needed the locks re-keyed at a rental home I own and discovered a Groupon offer. Ron with Active Locks 24-7 was quite professional and comprehensive in assessing the locks which required making and re-keying recommendations. He was prompt and called my contact number to make me aware he had been on his way. When he came, I had been attempting to receive a door unlocked. I ended up having to have the locks re-keyed again in 5 days (because of renter issues) and Ron was able to squeeze in an appointment the next morning. The keys work perfectly. I'll happily use Active Locks 24-7 at the future--dependable, trustworthy, and professional!

My neighbor who locked herself. So we moved to also the fact they were open on the weekend along with Active Locks per the Yelp recommendations our regional White Bear Lake locksmith was closed. We have had good luck with reocommended Yelp companies & restaturants. We called and they stated it was a $20.00 service telephone + $25 minimum but it could go as the technician will assess the amount of labour required once he/she arrives. The technician did arrive fairly prompty (roughly 10 minutes later than expected). That is when my neighbor was told & shown on the paperwork that a telephone on the weekend is known as"emergency speed' that came at $85 + $20 service + $60 to get into the"difficult to get into steel door using quick-set locks". It took him approx 20 seconds to open the doorway up. If upon calling, the individual the telephone was scheduled by us with was u- front with all the emergency expenses, this would have mad a large difference in our decision making. It turns out the technican that came out was a builder with Reputable Locks which probably has different policies than we were told of the telephone. In sum, the guy along with the onsite service we prompt did open up the door quickly. But the quoting and communicating procedure was sketchy.

Excellent all around: flexibility in a scheduled period; called within hour of consultation and advised (punctually ) eta; price appeared below average based on my searches. I thought I needed to substitute lock/hardware however he discovered a little issue and fixed that. I use again and would recommend to others.
