I was distressed to find someone. Glad I did. Nir called back straight away. I managed to send a pic of the busted lock. He offered me my choices. He showed up on time with a 14, when we made an appointment. He installed our lock. I felt as though I was treated by him as he would a big company, Though they do mostly supports. And my invoice was reasonable, somewhat less than we had discussed! Reliable, responds quickly and did great work for a wonderful price.

Nir was a complete joy to use. While other locksmiths quoted me $150-$250 just to walk into my doorway, Nir immediately understood my issue was & he came over to my home for much less money than my quotes. I couldn't have asked for better service. My lock battery died and I couldn't find the secret to manually shut the doorway. The telephone was answered by nir and he had been out to my home within 25 minutes. He rekeyed the lock and a couple of others, after picking the doorway, which he said was a lock to select. Good service and quick response. I highly recommend them and would use J & A again anytime.
