Everybody understands coping with a locksmith company is catchy, after talking to 2 companies telling me the locksmith tech can only give me a quote on site , they charge you Before services and can charge me up to $200. He arrived in less then 10 min' with his son helping me with the infant's stroller getting to my apartment door just to find out I left my keys at the door immediately I offered to pay for him to emerge at this hour but he Insisted not to take ANYTHING saying he's happy and relieved for me to find my keys. The truck was seen by me while I drove into a condo I bought. Figured I needed a locksmith so I called the number and the rest is history. Sean was great. Came out. . .and was on time. He even called 20 before he arrived to confirm I would be there. Quality service, nice man. I would recommend Sean and Get Pro Locksmith to some of my buddies in his service area.

Got ridiculous and called a number of different locations replies for support calls and repair/replacement of front door lock. Some guy showed up in a non descriptive car (not a locksmith van) & played around with the door with one of those rubber inflatable bags used to open door! & said he couldn't do it & left. Called GetPro & if I remember Tony took a look showed up in almost no time and figured out its smart a key situation except drilling it in and nothing can be achieved. Educated & very professional, did not even charge me for coming out. Their # is saved in my own contacts for future reference. I would recommend them.

They had been there within 15 minutes. My doorway jimmy'd open inside 3 minutes. It was some real Mission Impossible type shit. $75 was somewhat steep I thought for a trifle, however. . .that's what I get for locking my keys in my car, like a fool.

2) I must have been advised of the purchase price difference, which you were the ones coming, before you ever got to my house. If it's Rosh Hashanah, and 90% of your employees are away, that is your problem, not mine. Diversify your workforce.
As business offering our clients direct service we constantly in addition to the moment, but because it has came from different business we sub contractor we can't know what was your first time when you call fidelity Locksmith as we are not getting those info.
Additionally, I want you to be fair and be answerable to your own actions and those of your employees. You have not been, and rather have made every attempt.
5) I told you exactly what I wanted. I want a refund.
4) My door and lock were BRAND NEW. I still have the paperwork. We only moved in and redid all the doors. Therefore, the"condition" of the lock was fine. And if you had problems with the door, there was always the door which had just been replaced.

Clearly you aren't likely to be honest (or you can't even find me in your records, which can be disturbing), or accept responsibility. According to this previous message from you I can't recommend your services to anyone and I hope others read this review prior to calling you."

So when I received your occupation to my board didn't have any technician in your location but myself Sean the owner of Get Pro Locksmith come to support you and get you.
In regard to the price we have price list from our sub contractors we getting the occupation and as like other firm we stand by the list price and not increase it like other businesses.

3) You didn't come out to perform the service. Jerry, one of the other locksmiths, did. He wrote down his name and number for me, and he doesn't seem anything like you.
Please understand that we are here to support you rather than other.
In regard to the lock in the majority of the knob we can pick the lock and 10-20percent it's not success and was trying to pick your lock to save cost for brand new lock but in your case I needed to pop up it barbecue of the condition of the lock.

After hearing they have addressed the issue I'll update the review 3 stars. When owners take some opportunity to address any problems I always appreciate, and I recognize an owner doesn't have control on what their employees say. However, pleasant attitude and good customer service should be a priority while hiring. Additionally, oversight, feedback, and instruction is a vital component to being a business owner that is good. Your employees are a representation of your company.

Sean is quite beneficial and is a superb man! He helped me when I dropped my car keys that he immediately began working on a secret and arrived to my place. Then I called him again to add a remote and again he came as he was available and installed the remote. Sean is available 24/7 so when your wind up stranded he is the guy to call and stuck. I am so thankful I found him!
