My experience started off rocky at fixing the situation, however, the operator did an superb job.
Called this business and operator that had been very nice spoke. He offered me $125.00. Locksmith came but he had been very grumpy and rude. When the locksmith looked at our lock and tried to open it informed my husband and it was quite difficult to open and he couldn't open it before we paid an additional $40.00, which I'm unsure of why we difficult to pay more money. The locksmith still couldn't obtain the lock so he had to break our lock order for us to get into our home.
It's my understanding from my office which up your lock breaks they generally replace and rekey your lock to you. This individual advised us if we are eager to call him he'll charge us individually and left our lock broken. I called the office told them what happened the operator was extremely apologetic about what the locksmith sent and did the replaced as well as the other individual who had been considerably nicer and rekeyed our locks for us. Rocky was started by my experience but I could forgive a worker so long as direction works to correct the matter and recognizes the issue. I suggest this company.
