I discover the help I need in a way with solutions and always have utilized this service for a long time I could not find elsewhere. They truly care about their security needs & clients. My final service appointment technician went to fix for but was unquestionably needed for my security.

When it's as simple as checking my order. My advice if you're coping with this particular business, make certain you check everything that they don't scam you.
A year ago they set up a lock. A year later the lock broke and I went back to the shop. I talked with Celeste the office supervisor and she offered a discount on setup of a new lock (59$ vs 129$) I consented to this which was really wonderful. A lock was chosen by me a keyless entry that works with a code on both sides, in the shop. The guy came out and put in the lock. Im receiving complaints and have the code it is very tricky to open the door with the lock that is new. The quality is awful. I understood it was not the lock that I picked at the shop. Went back into the shop and told her that is not the lock that I purchased. Her solution: pay a restocking charge of 25%, pay full setup, $129.00 and pay $329 (not just sure of fresh amnt) to get the lock that I originally purchased. Of course I will not do business with them. Considering that the lock that was installed does not even have a brand or make anywhere on it I asked her to give me the manufacturer's name. This was asked 07/26/19 and I am waiting for a reply.

Service and hardware that is wonderful. Do not fall to the Home Depot or Lowes crap. I would recommend this place.
Fantastic company. I needed a battery replacement. One other place I knew of messed they broke a bit. I took it to Alfa, a locksmith that was true, and they got it replaced key and the housing explained everything that went on within the remote. Sticker shock at the cost ($96 for a Honda key) but overall I am glad I moved here.
I recently needed a copy of a secret. I'd been to other places but no one can assist me. This place has everything. They were fast and the service was fantastic. All their employees are uniformed and they've their Dade County certificates prominently displayed in their uniforms. That makes me feel quite secure that I could trust them.
