Love this company Mary is helpful! They are very quick to come and polished. Can't say enough about also the professionalism and the rates.

Nice scheduler and receptionist. Open using appointments. Therefore, the plumber, Dan, was about 45 minutes late but predicted to let us know. He also apologized profusely. We had a leaky faucet in the laundry area that needed fixing. It took a little piece of rubber to get it repaired and the bill was 157.66. Seems like a bit much, but what do I know? I'm sure most of this was for the service charge. They are eager to quote to get water that is hot into the master bathroom considerably faster. As we wait patiently for a few minutes to receive water that is hot back there, it is logical. Waiting to get a quotation and hoping it won't involve a piece of rubber fitting, or else we won't have the ability to manage it! Dan was great and I'd call and ask for him . Two thumbs up.

They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Those are, when you have to do home repairs or updates.
Under my home fixing a leaky and rusted pipe, About the Pipes had been within 24 hours of our initial call.
For their hot water systems earlier this season, came highly suggested in another case. I got a quote from them, but since they did not have options available, I used another company; I would have used them otherwise.

After I got a high quote which I thought was a business decision, I never heard back from them. I expected them to ring back around to at least generate earnings but I suppose they have enough to keep them busy and don't need my smaller jobs. Fair enough.
Was friendly. The owner was too when he came to my home. He still somehow managed to quote me a price for it, although I wouldn't say he blew my head with his attention as he didn't even look upstairs in the loft to find the pipe that needed to be flushed out. ? . His desire to focus on the more expensive pieces of my demands could not be missed, although I guess that was his quoting process.

These guys are the best. Punctually and they back up their work. They fixed it and our faucet at our 1961 house broke and credited us time towards the job to get a job. Can use them and recommend them to anybody.

We recently had a water heater replaced with All About the Pipes Plumbing by 2 hard working guys Ed and Mark who have been friendly and very competent. Thanks Chris, Mary, and Joy to your support during the fix.

The customer support rep that answered my first telephone made it easy to acquire tech to emerge as it worked best for me. The Tech, Mark, was communicated all issues obviously, and very friendly, educated. This is the second time I've used this service and would recommend it to friends and loved ones.

He gave me a few choices also showed me the hole in the tank. I elected to let the water heater is replaced by them and bring it up to code. I was surprised by how old my Water Heater was - it's amazing it did not fail years back.
The job took approximately 3 hours and I felt the cost was affordable. The work is warrantied for 2 years and I am happy with this service. That is an honest plumber who is reasonable.
I came home to also a Water Heater along with a flooded garage flooring. I had a fantastic experience and always had used this Plumber previously. Mary was quite kind and I called the after hours number and walked me through how to discover the breaker and switch the water supply off. She explained the plumber could come out in morning and he did - he arrived right on time.

Quality. I have used about the pipes over the years to get a kitchen sink, 2 bathroom remodels (shower faucet, bathroom installs, sink faucet installs), couple of clogged drains, and a tub escape. The techs are neat and professional as well as knowledgeable. The owner, Chris, is more concerned over my satisfaction than I am for myself!
