I couldn't be happier right now! To be truthful I picked on this business. One: the 50 $ off: all of the other reviews, Two, and three: my son's name is Julian! I am so glad I did! This company actually sets their customers' attention first. I know for a fact that should we ever need a plumber again, I am calling Julian's! If anyone I know needs a plumber I'll dial their phone to them and telephone Julian's, (well at least that I will recommend them where ever I can;--RRB- I can't thank you enough for your help!

I made a article that was negative about this company, due to a scheduling difficulty. Jason reached out to me ASAP and turned out there was a personal issue happening (we have these ) then Jason went above and beyond to make up for the missed appointment by making sure that he was there the next day. I will recommend and would use this company again!

The downside was that it was a costly fast job... But I'm not knowledgeable about plumbing rates. It is not something I'd kill a star for in that case. If you're paying for a pro - be well prepared.

Jason and the Group at Julian's Plumbing were AWESOME. They managed the job however from what I have seen and experienced, still did a bang-up project in my fix. Because they came, I have not had a single problem with dishwasher or the sink. They were pretty sneaky about itMr. Rideout came while I was at work, so they took care of business and the next thing I know, I'm getting a text using a virtual replica of the bill. I came home to a repaired kitchen as well as the under-sink area was left tidy and neat. Hugely impressed with their work. Would recommend them to anybody.

Sent a request for Jeff and a quote yesterday night was over this morning to correct 2 bathrooms. He was in and out in half an hour. Yes, it is somewhat expensive ($250), but you are paying for fast turnaround and efficacy.

They communicate through text that makes it way more easy for those of us that despise email and are able to speak on the telephone.
They were helpful and patient. I are using them for any future plumbing requirements and would certainly recommend them.
They were very flexible and waived the charge card free for me too. They will give you $50 off in the event that you check on Yelp.
Our hot water stopped working, so we wanted a plumber.

What a great experience. I contacted Julian's this morning by means of a Yelp! Message, got a response within 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment. Jeff text when he was on his way and also showed up RIGHT ON TIME! WHAAAAAT?!? Jeff did not mince words he mended in in rather a timely manner, and when in, found that the problem with our toilet. All told, he was in and out in 30 minutes max AND ALSO SUGGESTED that I CHECK IN ON YELP! TO GET A $50 COUPON! AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE MONEY?!?

Bought a condominium in the NoDa region and throughout the review found a kitchen sink. Tried to fix it myself but could not figure out what was causing the issue. Jason out of Julian's came out the day after I requested a quote and had the issue repaired in about half an hour! Total out the door was no more bucket and $205 under the sink. Could not be happier with their time service and knowledge!

I simply built and completed my customized house and having issues is the reason why I needed to look outside to make certain that his job was being done by the subcontractor. Due to the absence of integrity of his subs and my contractor, I have to outsource our services into separate contractors to make certain the job is done right. I would advise Julian and Jason to work on the plumbing in my home as they're honest and coming.
Love these guys. Jason is polite, quite knowledgable and prompt. They're fair and honest about what to expect with the plumbing issues of my home and they dealt it with transparency and honesty.

I called Julian's on a Saturday afternoon in a panic because my toilet overflowed sewer water and my crisis HOA maintenance guy wasn't answering his phone. The gentleman from Julian's replied almost immediately and managed keep me calm. He promised me he'd intervene and assist in the circumstance. Luckily I managed to get in contact with my HOA maintenance team before having to get Julian's involved. From what I experienced with Julian's was absolutely outstanding customer service. Their staff seems to value each customer they come in touch with. Hopefully I won't be needing a plumber any time soon but if I do I will absolutely call Julian's.
