Water is the reason I predicted before this one said we couldn't be helped by them. I thought I'll be charged additional. What I received was excellent company, tech came promised. He also fixed my previous water pump with no pressuring replacement, gave good description of the issue to us and how to avoid it. One hour. $169

Update: They predicted and refunded 139.00 fee, that is the least they could do.
BECAREFUL! They'll quote 1 price and charge another once they get your credit card info. I'd recommend you get a price in writing before. I had a septic tank and they had trouble finding the tank. I was charged 139.00 service charge, but was told it'd be deducted from the whole 389 service charge when they came back out and found the tank. In the long run, was charged 295.00 to pull on a bathroom and reseal it, then use a camera to find the septic tank. They did not deduct the 139.00 in the full charge. Explain this? NO, they just charged my card and no advice was sent to me. I would not suggest them.

This is actually the second time using AAA and that I had the same experience the first time. I called AAA Plumbing for a small leak. My problem was treated as if I had called in with a more profitable one. An appointment was set for this day by a very pleasant and professional office member, the tech came out on time and solved the problem efficiently and quickly at a fair price. It will not get much better than that.

UPDATE #2: Saw answer from the business enterprise. Do not agree that the charge was whined concerning by the operator so that a plumber may discuss payment options but their answer is appreciated by me no matter. Above, service was done and the guarantee is great but concerns still linger about billing practices. Updated to two celebrities.
They came and replaced our water heater. Price was not given by them beforehand but were able to give it into looking at the old water heater, which was a little 30, 30 seconds. Service man was nice but the price seems steep that I have looked. FYI: $2,550 for a water heater replacement as well as the voucher on the website was supposedly included in that. Fees didn't break out. What drove me to Yelp that is when I went to pay there was a 3% credit card charge...I understand the need for that in a 7/11 but that sounds ridiculous for a bigger cost.
UPDATE: I had been annoyed by the charge, and so I asked generally when something extra charges to use a credit card and called the main line. I advised that I was charged 3% and she said"Yes, that is what we charge for credit card". When confronted on the instantaneous change she stated that"Well, we don't tell everyone that." Shady.
TLDR: Work was great, service was fast friendly, cost seems high and he said the $150 voucher on the site was included in the quoted cost, 3. Would suggest shopping wish I had.

Run the other way! I I've had the chance to work with this company through my home warranty and I can not even start to mention the headache and aggravation that I've had to go through to have a plumbing issue repaired.

I called the Rotor Rooter and not only did they open the drain in under 30 minutes, they costed less, just $300. They could find the congestion and the fix will be the song of $1700. Because he had appropriate equipment he knew how deep and where it was found. I was advised that I must have been billed a service call charge verses the fee for the support which was not performed. Seeing that when they weren't able to do I'd have been billed $70.
I called AAA believing a smaller company would be more realistic than a company like Rotor Rooter though my first instinct was to call Rotor Rooter.
Jim arrived was fine however told me he wasn't able to open my own drain and it would cost me between $2500-$5800 depending on where the blockage was. He didn't have gear with him to find the clog nor did he possess a camera to determine what the clog was. Paid $335 for this information. It would have been had I never had an online voucher.
I spoke with Tim the manager and he stated he'd talk with the operator. That has been almost two weeks and he will not return my telephone call today. I know we think the larger company may cost us but it is not the case with Rotor Rooter. Estimates that are free are given by them with upfront pricing. They show the price list to you so you know the price you are charged verses a ball park figure.
Needless to say I will never refer nor use AAA again.

They pumped our septic tanks for more affordable than anybody else we contacted. They were quite nice and efficient. I will definitely be calling them later on for any of our septic tank requirements.

The job did eventually get started and completed although for getting a scheduled time that turned out to be 16, I didn't especially care and we are very happy. The tech was very easy going and wished to do what was in our best interest. Superb work infrequently is although the job was not cheap!

If you'd like timely support for tank emergencies this is your company! Experienced a horrible backed up septic tank that had not been emptied in years. Thomas's knowledge and work and thanks to John our issues were fixed right away. Very friendly and funny gentleman also. The pricing was very reasonable too!!!

**UPDATE 1/7/17** I had been contacted by the owner of the company who confirmed that I was charged a lot for the quantity of work done. He apologized for the misunderstanding, and advised me that a mistake was made by the plumber sent to the home about the charge. He gave me a refund of $350.00. Because the owner cares enough about his business to rectify an error I've upgraded my rating to 3 stars.
I predicted AAA City plumbing based on good reviews. I had an emergency plumbing issue with my leasing property on New Years. Over the phone assess the matter and I had been nominated at $139 to get a plumber to come out. Upon coming and assessing the issue that I was then quoted at $769.00 to remove a toilet and unclog the drain using an electric rooter. Unfortunately, because of the $139 assessment fee I thought I would lose if I did not look after the issue right then and there, and since this was my rental home that required more immediate attention I Had agreed to what looked to an unreasonably high price for the total amount of work to be carried out. The tech was at my lease for approximately 45 minutes at most. Thinking I had been billed to a lot, I decided to call a couple plumbing businesses in the region receive a price range for this type of work and to check comparisons about the work. On what the plumber told me was worst case scenario, the priciest estimate was based. I called AAA City Plumbing to discuss what appeared to be a mistake in pricing or gauging due to the vacation. They advised me that this was their price and failed to provide an itemized bill to me.
**UNREASONABLE PRICING**. I had been billed $729 for removing a toilet and unclogging the toilet drain. Function which I found out the next day

I think they refer to the as a'bait and switch' strategy.
I don't recommend this corporation. Call about and work with somebody that will not hide behind a'flat rate' charging platform.
Know the rate. All of this work relies on the rate and a few companies prefer to pad their prices their worker isn't as fast in the marketplace.
Their prices are incredibly significant. And, clearly, if you don't let them do the work you need to pay the trip charge.
Why don't you tell a customer what hourly rate your'horizontal fees' are predicated on? Had I known $150-200 / hr charges. I never would have approved a visit to our house. It's a bit dodgy.
They will not provide any estimate and charge a trip charge. And now I understand why.

Jim was fantastic!! Professional and quick and educated! Made suggestions which were helpful but not pushy. Cost point was doable too - .

Who'd have thought having a plumber come since you've got a leak would be a pleasant experience!! From the minute I picked the phone up, everything went much better than I could have asked for! The wonderful customer support to schedule a exact same day appointment to the TRUTHFUL plumber that was exceptional, couldn't have been improved. I was told my escape could happen to be two things and it ended being both!! Everything was repaired quickly and in regards to my property! Thanks again David!!

Very Expensive :Naren

Nevertheless, without needing to invest on some spare parts they charged me, I would prefer to appear else where for pricing that is better.
I had the plumbing service from them. The technician is good and well behaved.

Don't use this business! They are a rip-off! I'd read some of the testimonials about them being overpriced but they were the only individuals that could come out about lunch when called in 8:00. Since it wouldn't turn away, I had to get a faucet. They lent me and came out $250. I agreed because I'd gone home to to fulfill with the guy and had no other option other than to pay the ridiculous $39 fee to get him look at it and leave. I was shocked when 12 minutes walked out after arrival and said he was done. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else!

We called in the morning and day that our problem was repaired! The service from begin to finish was excellent. The tech, Telvin was not fixed the issue but talked through and professional and informed care and the issue for the long run. We would use AAA City Plumbing for any work we've; while recommending the company to family and friends. 100% services!
